Abstract
Description
본 발명은 시일부(5)와 함께 제공되는 자동차의 외력 작동식 자동차 창유리(1)를 고정 상부 정지 위치(9)에 비접촉식으로 위치 결정시키는 방법에서, 창유리의 상부 에지(2)가 정지 위치(9)에 위치 결정될 때, 제어 유닛(25)으로부터 제어 신호가 발생되어, 구동 장치가 차단 위치{(11), Pa}에서 차단되며, 그의 구동 방향은 창유리의 상부 에지(2)가 제로 위치{(10), P0}에 도달되어 변화되는, 창유리를 고정 상부 정지 위치에 비접촉식으로 위치 결정시키는 방법으로서, 상기 창유리가 정지 위치(9)에 위치 결정될 때 시스템 파라미터들(S1....Sn)이 센서(26)에 의해 검출되어 메모리(27)에 저장되고, 상기 시스템 파라미터들(S1....Sn)에 기초하는 시스템 상태 Sz(S1-Sn)가 상기 차단 위치{(11), Pa}와 함께 파라미터 필드 Pa(x, y, z.....)로부터 판독되고, 각각의 실제 시스템 상태 SZakt(S1-Sn)와 상기 메모리(27)에 저장된 비교 시스템 상태 SZver(S1-Sn) 사이의 비교가 실행되고, 차이가 형성되어, 편차 ΔSZ가 결정되고, 상기 결정된 편차 ΔSZ에 기초하여 새로운 차단 위치{(11.1), Pa'}가 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창유리를 고정 상부 정지 위치에 비접촉식으로 위치 결정시키는 방법입니다.
Claims (16)
- 시일부(5)와 함께 제공되는 자동차의 외력 작동식 자동차 창유리(1)를 고정 상부 정지 위치(9)에 비접촉식으로 위치 결정시키는 방법에서, 창유리의 상부 에지(2)가 정지 위치(9)에 위치 결정될 때, 제어 유닛(25)으로부터 제어 신호가 발생되어, 구동 장치가 차단 위치{(11), Pa}에서 차단되며, 구동 방향은 창유리의 상부 에지(2)가 제로 위치{(10), P0}에 도달되어 변화되는, 창유리를 고정 상부 정지 위치에 비접촉식으로 위치 결정시키는 방법으로서,상기 창유리가 정지 위치(9)에 위치 결정될 때 시스템 파라미터들(S1....Sn)이 센서(26)에 의해 검출되어 메모리(27)에 저장되고,상기 시스템 파라미터들(S1....Sn)에 기초하는 시스템 상태 Sz(S1-Sn)가 상기 차단 위치{(11), Pa}와 함께 파라미터 필드 Pa(x, y, z.....)로부터 판독되고,각각의 실제 시스템 상태 SZakt(S1-Sn)와 상기 메모리(27)에 저장된 비교 시스템 상태 SZver(S1-Sn) 사이의 비교가 실행되고, 차이가 형성되어, 편차 ΔSZ가 결정되고,상기 결정된 편차 ΔSZ에 기초하여 새로운 차단 위치{(11.1), Pa'}가 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창유리를 고정 상부 정지 위치에 비접촉식으로 위치 결정시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 시스템 파라미터들(S1....Sn)은 전압, 모터 속력, 창유리(1)에서의 펄스 폭 또는 온도이며, 상기 센서(26)에 의해 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창유리를 고정 상부 정지 위치에 비접촉식으로 위치 결정시키는 방법.

- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 시일부(5) 내로의 상기 창유리 상부 에지(2)의 삽입 깊이가 시스템 상태로서 파라미터 필드 Pa(x, y, z.....)로부터 확인되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창유리를 고정 상부 정지 위치에 비접촉식으로 위치 결정시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 창유리(1)에 의해 도달된 제로 위치{(10), P0}와 시스템 파라미터들(S1....Sn) 사이의 관계는 먼저 경험적으로 결정되며, 파라미터 필드 Pa(x, y, z.....)가 상기 메모리(27)에 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창유리를 고정 상부 정지 위치에 비접촉식으로 위치 결정시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전압 측정기, 속도 측정기, 펄스 폭 측정기, 및 온도 검출기가 상기 센서들(26)로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창유리를 고정 상부 정지 위치에 비접촉식으로 위치 결정시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제로 위치{(10), P0}는 실제 시스템 파라미터들(S1....Sn)과 메모리에 저장된 상기 파라미터 필드 Pa(x, y, z.....)에 기초하여 상기 제어 유닛(25)에 의해 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 창유리를 고정 상부 정지 위치에 비접촉식으로 위치 결정시키는 방법.
