Claims (5)
- 아크릴로니트릴을 80중량% 이상 함유하고, 또한 평균 입자직경이 3∼200㎛이고, 하기 식 1로 나타내는 구상도가 30∼90이고, 입자내 공극율이 0.1∼0.4인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 중합체 미립자.구상도=∑(단경)/∑(장경)×100 (식 1)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 아크릴산 에스테르, 메타아크릴산 에스테르, 스티렌, 아세트산 비닐, 메타아크릴산 글리시딜, 메타아크릴산 디글리시딜, 디비닐벤젠, 폴리에틸렌글리콜(n=1∼9) 디메타크릴레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종이상의 단량체를 공중합시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 중합체 미립자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 석유계, 방향족계, 알코올계 용제중에서의 팽윤도가 10체적% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 중합체 미립자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항 기재의 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 중합체 미립자를, 도료 조성물 중의 고형분에 대해서 1∼60중량% 혼합시켜서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 제 4 항 기재의 도료 조성물을 도포, 베이킹하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 의장성 및/또는 내후성이 향상된 도막.
