Claims (4)
- 금속판 표면의 한쪽 면 혹은 양면에, 윤활 조성물 피복층이 형성된 금속판이며, 상기 윤활 조성물 피복층은 분자 내에 에틸렌글리콜 골격을 갖고, JIS K7121에서 규정되는 융해 피크 온도가 30 ℃ 이상, 70 ℃ 이하이며, 25 ℃에 있어서의 JIS K2235에서 규정되는 침입도가 5 이상, 100 이하인 1종 이상의 유기 화합물로 이루어지는 윤활 조성물 A와, JIS K7121에서 규정되는 융해 피크 온도가 100 ℃ 이상, 또한 레이저 회절·산란법으로 측정한 평균 입경이, 10 ㎛ 이하의 수지제 미립자 B를 함유하고, 또한 상기 윤활 조성물 피복층에 있어서의 윤활 조성물 A와 수지제 미립자 B의 구성 중량 비율이 A > B인 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활 조성물 피복 금속판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 윤활 조성물 A에 포함되는 유기 화합물이, 폴리옥시에틸렌과 폴리옥시프로필렌의 공중합체, 폴리옥시에틸렌라우릴에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌모노스테아레이트, 폴리옥시에틸렌 라놀린 지방산 에스테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 라놀린 알코올 에스테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활 조성물 피복 금속판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수지제 미립자 B가, 폴리에틸렌 왁스, 폴리프로필렌 왁스, 아마이드 왁스, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상 인 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활성이 우수한 윤활 조성물 피복 금속판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 윤활 조성물 피복층이 한쪽 면당 0.1 g/㎡ 이상 2.0 g/㎡ 미만으로 금속판 표면에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 윤활 조성물 피복 금속판.
