Claims (12)
- 수지로 피복된 금속판인 수지 피복 금속판으로서,금속판의 한면 또는 양면에 수지층이 적층되며,상기 수지층이, 수평균분자량이 18,000 내지 500,000인 폴리에틸렌 글라이콜을 포함하는 성분 A 및 평균분자량이 300 이상 400 이하인 파라핀 왁스를 포함하는 성분 B를 함유하는 수지 피복 금속판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,수지층이 폴리에틸렌 왁스, 아마이드 왁스 및 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 성분 C를 추가로 함유하는 수지 피복 금속판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,수지층이 수용성 에폭시 화합물을 포함하는 성분 D를 추가로 함유하는 수지 피복 금속판.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,수지층이 수용성 에폭시 화합물을 포함하는 성분 D를 추가로 함유하는 수지 피복 금속판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,수지층에서 성분 A:성분 B의 중량비가 99:1 내지 60:40의 범위인 수지 피복 금속판.
- 삭제
- 제 4 항에 있어서,수지층에서 (성분 A + 성분 D):(성분 B + 성분 C)의 중량비가 99:1 내지 60:40의 범위인 수지 피복 금속판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,금속판의 한면당 수지층의 피복중량이 0.1g/m2 내지 2.5g/m2의 범위인 수지 피복 금속판.
- 수평균분자량이 18,000 내지 500,000인 폴리에틸렌 글라이콜을 포함하는 성분 A; 평균분자량이 300 이상 400 이하인 파라핀 왁스를 포함하는 성분 B; 및 용매를 함유하는, 금속판 상에 수지층을 형성하기 위해 사용되는 수지 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,폴리에틸렌 왁스, 아마이드 왁스 및 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 성분 C를 추가로 함유하는 수지 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,수용성 에폭시 화합물을 포함하는 성분 D를 추가로 함유하는 수지 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,수용성 에폭시 화합물을 포함하는 성분 D를 추가로 함유하는 수지 조성물.
