Claims (8)
- 터보기계의 고온 가스 경로에 사용하기 위한 환상 시일 링 조립체(114)용 패킹 부품(118)에 있어서,다수의 축방향 이격 밀봉 치형부(122)를 장착한 밀봉면(120)과, 상기 밀봉면(120)의 반경방향 외측에 위치하는 중앙부(124)와, 상기 중앙부의 반경방향 외측에 위치하고 반경방향 최외측면(138)을 갖는 장착부(127)와, 적어도 하나의 증기 공급 구멍(142)을 포함하며, 상기 증기 공급 구멍(142)은 상기 반경방향 최외측면(138)상의 입구 위치로부터 상기 중앙부(124)의 일측면을 따라 출구 위치까지 비스듬하게 연장되어, 사용시에, 상기 증기 공급 구멍(142) 중 적어도 일부분이 가스 경로 내의 가스에 노출되어서 상기 가스가 상기 증기 공급 구멍을 통해 상기 패킹 부품(118) 후방의 공동(130)까지 유동하도록 하는환상 시일 링 조립체용 패킹 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 증기 공급 구멍(142)은 상기 패킹 부품을 지나는 반경방향 중심선에 대해 예각으로 연장되는환상 시일 링 조립체용 패킹 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 증기 공급 구멍(142)은 증기의 체적에 의해 결정되는 직경을 갖는환상 시일 링 조립체용 패킹 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 장착부(127)는 노즐 다이어프램 내의 한 쌍의 도브테일 후크(132)의 반경방향 후방에 안착하도록 구성된 한 쌍의 횡방향 연장 플랜지(128)를 구비하는환상 시일 링 조립체용 패킹 부품.
- 터빈 노즐 다이어프램(112) 내의 도브테일 홈에 안착하도록 구성된 다수의 부분적 환상 패킹 부품(118)을 포함하며, 상기 패킹 부품의 뒷면(138)과 상기 다이어프램 반경방향 사이에 공동이 있는, 상기 터빈 노즐 다이어프램(112)용 환상 시일 링 조립체에 있어서,각 패킹 부품(118)은, 다수의 축방향 이격 밀봉 치형부(122)를 설치한 밀봉면(120)과, 상기 밀봉면의 반경방향 외측에 있는 중앙부(124)와, 상기 중앙부의 반경방향방향 외측에 있고 반경방향 최외측면(138)을 갖는 장착부(127)와, 적어도 하나의 증기 공급 구멍(142)을 포함하며, 상기 증기 공급 구멍(142)은 상기 반경방향 최외측면(138)상의 출구 위치로부터 상기 중앙부(124)의 측면을 따라 입구 위치까지 비스듬하게 연장되어, 사용시에, 상기 증기 공급 구멍(142) 중의 적어도 일부분이 고온 가스 경로내의 가스에 노출되어서 가스가 상기 증기 공급 구멍(142)을 통해 상기 패킹 부품 후방의 공동(130)까지 유동시킴으로써 상기 패킹 부품을 반경방향 내측으로 이동시키는터빈 노즐 다이어프램용 환상 시일 링 조립체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 증기 공급 구멍(142)은 상기 패킹 부품을 지나는 반경방향 중심선에 대해 예각으로 연장되는터빈 노즐 다이어프램용 환상 시일 링 조립체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 증기 공급 구멍(142)은 증기 체적에 의해 결정되는 직경을 갖는터빈 노즐 다이어프램용 환상 시일 링 조립체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 장착부는 상기 노즐 다이어프램내의 한 쌍의 도브테일 후크(132)의 반경방향 후방에 안착되도록 구성된 한 쌍의 횡방향 연장 플랜지(128)를 포함하는터빈 노즐 다이어프램용 환상 시일 링 조립체.
