Description
Claims (36)
- 압력 조절장치용 밸브 조립체에 있어서,상부 밸브 부재;상부 밸브 부재를 수용하고 있는 하부 밸브 부재;를 포함하고,상부 밸브 부재는 연료 입구로부터 연료 출구로의 연료 유동을 막기 위하여 폐쇄 위치에서 밸브 시트 위에 놓여 있고,복수의 연료 통로가 연료 입구로부터 수용된 연료 유동의 방향을 설정하기 위하여 하부 밸브 부재의 상부 원주 둘레에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상부 밸브 부재가 밸브 시트로부터 축방향으로 떨어져 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상부 밸브 부재가 구형 또는 끝이 잘린 구형인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상부 밸브 부재가 밸브 시트로부터 떨어져 자유롭게 부유할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 밸브 시트는 상부 밸브 부재와 밀봉될 수 있도록 주조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하부 밸브 부재는 상부 밸브 부재를 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하부 밸브 부재는, 상부 밸브 부재가 개방 위치를 향하여 밸브 시트로부터 들어 올려질 때, 상부 밸브 부재를 가이드하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 복수의 연료 통로의 형상은 원형상, U자형상, V자형상, 장방형상 및 슬롯형상으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 복수의 연료 통로는 6개 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 복수의 연료 통로는 탑다운 방식으로 테이퍼져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조립체.
- 유동 통과 압력 조절장치에 있어서,제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 밸브 조립체;연료 입구를 구비하고 있고, 연료 입구를 통한 연료의 유동이 밸브 조립체와 소통하는 하부 하우징;연료 챔버 내에서 연료에 의해 상부 밸브 부재에 가해지는 압력에 대항하여 상부 밸브 부재를 연료 챔버를 향하여 가압하기 위한 밸브 가압 부재; 및밸브 가압 부재로부터 연료 출구를 향하여 연료 유동의 방향을 설정하기 위한 연료 커버;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 조절장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상부 밸브 부재가 밸브 시트로부터 축방향으로 떨어져 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 조절장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상부 밸브 부재가 구형 또는 끝이 잘린 구형인 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 조절장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상부 밸브 부재가 밸브 시트로부터 떨어져 자유롭게 부유할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 조절장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,밸브 가압 부재는,중심 개구부를 구비한 평평한 나선형의 디스크;세 지점의 접촉 개구부를 구비한 평평한 디스크; 또는적어도 하나의 브릿지에 의해 연결되는 적어도 두 개의 그물 모양의 동심 링을 포함하는 평평한 디스크;인 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 조절장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 브릿지에 의해 연결된 서로 다른 직경을 가진 적어도 두 개의 그물 모양의 동심 링은 서로 다른 방향으로 연료 흐름을 균일하게 발산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 조절장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 브릿지는, 가장 큰 그물 모양의 동심 링의 반경보다 더 긴 길이로 밸브 가압 부재의 유효 빔 길이를 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 조절장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 하부 밸브 부재는 상부 밸브 부재를 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 조절장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 하부 밸브 부재는, 상부 밸브 부재가 개방 위치를 향하여 밸브 시트로부터 들어 올려질 때, 상부 밸브 부재를 가이드하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 조절장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 복수의 연료 통로의 형상은 원형상, U자형상, V자형상, 장방형상 및 슬롯형상으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 조절장치.

- 제 23 항에 있어서, 상기 연료 커버는 연료 유동의 방향을 밸브 가압 부재로부터 연료 출구를 향하도록 설정하는 일체형 통로를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 조절장치.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 상기 연료 커버는 내부 벽부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 조절장치.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 유동 통과 압력 조절장치에 부착하기 위한 적어도 하나의 스냅결합 메커니즘을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 조절장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 밸브 가압 부재는 항상 연료 안에 잠겨 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 조절장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,밸브 가압 부재는 적어도 하나의 브릿지에 의해 연결되는 적어도 두 개의 동심 링을 포함하고,밸브 가압 부재로부터 연료 출구로 연료 흐름을 균일하게 발산하는 복수의 개구부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 조절장치.
- 제 27 항에 있어서, 연료 커버는 밸브 가압 부재로부터 연료 출구까지 유기적인 흐름으로 연료 유동의 방향을 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 조절장치.
- 유동 통과 압력 조절장치에서 연료를 조절하기 위한 방법에 있어서,연료 입구로부터 연료 출구로 연료의 방향을 설정하기 위한 하부 밸브 부재를 제공하는 단계;연료가 하부 밸브 부재를 통과하여 유동한 후에 연료 유동을 밸브 가압 부재와 소통시키는 단계; 및연료 출구로의 연료 유동을 방지하기 위한 상부 밸브 부재를 제공하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 30 항에 있어서,상부 밸브 부재가 연료 입구로부터 연료 출구로의 연료 유동을 막기 위하여 폐쇄 위치에서 밸브 시트 위에 놓여 있고,밸브 시트는 상부 밸브 부재와 밀봉될 수 있도록 주조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 30 항에 있어서, 밸브 가압 부재는 크림핑, 용접 또는 클립핑에 의해 하부 하우징에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
