Claims (6)
- 산소와 질소의 분리비α(산소의 흡착 속도 정수 K(O2)와 질소의 흡착 속도 정수 K(N2)와의 비 K(O2)/K(N2))가 35 이상에서, 흡착 속도 특성이, 산소 평형 흡착량의 95%를 흡착하는데 요하는 시간 t95와 산소 평형 흡착량의 50%를 흡착하는데 요하는 시간 t50과의 관계에서, 이하의 관계식을 만족하는 분자체탄소인 것을 특징으로 하는 산소ㆍ질소 혼합 가스로부터 질소를 분리하기 위한 흡착제.(t95/t50) < 0.4(α-24) 단, α≥35
- 산소의 흡착 속도 정수가 6.5 X 10-2s-1 이상이고, 또한 산소와 질소의 분리비α(산소의 흡착 속도 정수 K(O2)와 질소의 흡착 속도 정수 K(N2)와의 비 K(O2)/K(N2))가 35 이상에서, 흡착 속도 특성이, 산소 평형 흡착량의 95%를 흡착하는데 요하는 시간 t95와 산소 평형 흡착량의 50%를 흡착하는데 요하는 시간 t50과의 관계에서, 이하의 관계식을 만족하는 분자체탄소인 것을 특징으로 하는 산소ㆍ질소 혼합 가스로부터 질소를 분리하기 위한 흡착제.(t95/t50) < 0.4(α-24) 단, α≥35
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 분자체탄소는 야자나무를 분쇄, 조립, 건류한 후, 활성화 처리한 기재에 대하여, 열분해성 탄화수소를 600~770℃로 화학 증착(CVD)에 의해 상기 기재의 미세기공 지름을 조정 처리하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 산소ㆍ질소 혼합 가스로부터 질소를 분리하기 위한 흡착제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 산소ㆍ질소 혼합 가스가 공기인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소를 분리하기 위한 흡착제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 흡착제에, 산소ㆍ질소 혼합 가스를 가압하여 접촉시켜서 질소를 채취하는 가압 흡착 공정과,상기 흡착 공정 후의 가압 상태에 있는 흡착제를 감압하여 흡착된 성분을 탈착하는 감압 탈착 공정을 1사이클로 하는 압력 변동식 흡착법에 의한 질소 제조 방법으로서,상기 반 사이클 시간이 45~240초인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 반 사이클 시간이 60~180초인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소 제조 방법.
