Claims (10)
- 디젤 엔진 연소실을 포함하는 디젤 엔진용 히팅 조립체로서,상기 디젤 엔진 연소실은,상기 디젤 엔진 연소실에 연결되는 배출 단부를 구비하는 흡입 에어관;상기 흡입 에어관의 입구 단부에 연결되는 에어 필터; 및상기 흡입 에어관의 상기 배출 단부에 배치되거나 상기 에어 필터의 케이스에 배치되며, 부착 보링 구멍을 구비한 프레임 및 히팅 저항으로서 상기 프레임에 위치되는 히팅 밴드를 포함하는 히팅 플랜지로 구성되는, 전기 히팅 장치를 포함하며,상기 히팅 밴드는 상기 프레임 내에 장착되어, 흡입 공기의 유동 구간을 통하여 곡류 형상이며(meander), 상기 히팅 밴드는 흡입 공기 유동의 방향으로 교대로 배치되는 2개 이상의 부분적 히팅 저항들로 나누어지며,상기 부분적 히팅 저항들은 요구되는 파우어(power)에 따라 개별적으로 작동되거나 함께 작동할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 히팅 조립체.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 히팅 밴드(8)의 밴드폭의 크기는 10mm 와 20mm 사이의 범위임을 특징으로 하는, 히팅 조립체.

- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 히팅 밴드들은 상기 공기 유동을 더 잘 편향시키기 위해 서로 각각에 대하여 각을 이루게 함을 특징으로 하는, 히팅 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 히팅 플랜지는 자동차 전압보다 낮은 연속적인 동작 전압을 위하여 개조되는(adapted) 것을 특징으로 하는 히팅 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전기 히팅 장치의 히팅 저항이 PTC 특성을 갖거나, 상기 히팅 저항이 외부 구동 회로에 의해 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 히팅 조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전기 히팅 장치는 상기 에어 필터의 케이스에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 히팅 조립체.
