Claims (18)
- (A) 표면층 및 (B) 내부층으로 구성된 압출 시트에 있어서,상기 (A) 표면층은 (a) 평균 입경이 0.05 ∼ 0.5 ㎛인 부타디엔계 고무를 포함하는 그라프트 ABS 공중합체 5 내지 20 중량%;(b) 아크릴계 고무변성 공중합체 5 내지 20 중량%; 및(c) 스티렌 아크릴레이트계 공중합체 65 내지 85 중량%를 포함하고,상기 (B) 내부층은 (d) 평균 입경이 0.5∼2.0 ㎛인 부타디엔계 고무를 포함하는 그라프트 ABS 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면층 두께가 전체 압출 시트 두께의 5 내지 40 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a)의 그라프트 ABS 공중합체는 부타디엔계 고무 중합체에 스티렌계 단량체 및 아크릴로니트릴계 단량체가 그라프트되어 있는 구조로 되어 있으며,(aa) 스티렌계 단량체 30 내지 65 중량%;(bb) 아크릴로니트릴계 단량체 10 내지 30 중량%; 및(cc) 부타디엔계 고무 10 내지 60 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 시트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 (aa) 스티렌계 단량체는 스티렌, 알파메틸 스티렌, 비닐 톨루엔 및 t-부틸 스티렌의 치환 스티렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 시트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 (bb) 아크릴로니트릴계 단량체가 아크릴로니트릴, 메타 아크릴로니트릴 및 에타 아크릴로니트릴로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 시트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 (cc) 고무는 폴리부타디엔, 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체, 폴리이소프렌 또는 부타디엔-이소프렌 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 아크릴계 고무변성 공중합체는(dd) 알킬 아크릴레이트가 중합된 시이드 5 내지 15 중량%;(ee) 알킬 아크릴레이트가 중합된 코어 45 내지 75 중량%; 및(ff) 상기 코어에 알킬 메타크릴레이트 및/또는 알킬 아크릴레이트로 중합된 셸 10 내지 50 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 시트.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 (dd) 알킬 아크릴레이트가 중합된 시이드, 상기 (ee) 알킬 아크릴레이트가 중합된 코어 및 상기 (ff) 알킬 메타크릴레이트 및/또는 알킬 아크릴레이트로 중합된 셸이, 각각 독립적으로, 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트, 프로필 아크릴레이트, 이소프로필 아크릴레이트, 부틸 아크릴레이트, 헥실 아크릴레이트, 옥틸 아크릴레이트 또는 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트의 호모 중합체, 또는 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트, 프로필 아크릴레이트, 이소프로필 아크릴레이트, 부틸 아크릴레이트, 헥실 아크릴레이트, 옥틸 아크릴레이트 및 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 둘 이상의 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 시트.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 스티렌 아크릴레이트계 공중합체는(gg) 스티렌계 단량체 20 내지 50 중량%;(hh) 아크릴레이트계 단량체 50 내지 80 중량%; 및(ii) 아크릴로니트릴계 단량체 0 내지 20 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 시트.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 (gg) 스티렌계 단량체는 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌 및 벤젠 고리의 각 탄소 중 하나 이상이 C1 내지 C5의 알킬기 또는 할로겐으로 선택적으로 치환된 스티렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 시트.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 (hh) 아크릴레이트계 단량체는 메틸아크릴레이트, 에틸아크릴레이트, 메틸메타크릴레이트, 에틸메타크릴레이트, 메틸에타크릴레이트 및 에틸에타크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 시트.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 (ii) 아크릴로니트릴계 단량체는 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴 및 에타크릴로니트릴로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (B) 내부층에 포함된 (d) 그라프트 ABS 공중합체는 부타디엔계 고무 중합체에 스티렌계 단량체 및 아크릴로니트릴계 단량체가 그라프트되어 있는 구조로 되어 있으며,(jj) 스티렌계 단량체 40 내지 80 중량%;(kk) 아크릴로니트릴계 단량체 10 내지 30 중량%; 및(ll) 부타디엔계 고무 10 내지 30 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 시트.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 (jj) 스티렌계 단량체는 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, p-브로모스티렌, p-메틸스티렌, p-클로로스티렌, 및 o-브로모스티렌으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 시트.

- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 (ll) 부타디엔계 고무는 폴리부타디엔, 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체, 폴리이소프렌, 및 부타디엔-이소프렌 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (A) 표면층이 활제, 열안정제, 산화방지제, 광안정제, 적하방지제, 안료, 및 무기 충전재로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 첨가제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 시트.
