Claims (3)
- LCD가 놓여지는 스테이지(10), 현미경(11), 제어부/조작부(12), 테이블(13) 등을 포함하는 LCD 검사장비에 있어서,상기 스테이지(10)의 저면부에 설치되는 하우징(14)의 아래쪽에는 수동조작이 가능한 포커스 노브(15) 및 포커스 샤프트(16)가 설치되고, 상기 하우징(14)의 윗쪽에는 포커스 샤프트(16)측과 전동가능한 구동 샤프트(17)가 설치되는 동시에 이 구동 샤프트(17)는 외부 버튼으로 조작가능한 클러치(18)를 매개로 하여 스테이지 이동을 위한 스테이지 샤프트(19)측과 연결되어, 클러치 ON/OFF에 따라 선택적으로 포커스 노브 조절을 통해 스테이지 샤프트를 구동시킬 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD 검사장비의 스테이지 정밀이동장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 포커스 노브(15)는 정교한 움직임을 위한 파인 무빙 노브(15a)와 빠른 움직임을 위한 패스트 무빙 노브(15b)의 이중 노브 형태로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD 검사장비의 스테이지 정밀이동장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 포커스 샤프트(16)와 구동 샤프트(17)는 중간의 아이들 샤프트(20) 및 아이들 기어(21)를 매개로 하여 맞물려 돌아가는 포커스 샤프 트측의 포커스 기어(22)와 구동 샤프트측의 구동 기어(23) 간의 전동에 의해 서로 간의 동력이 전달되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 LCD 검사장비의 스테이지 정밀이동장치.
