Claims (7)
- 피더(Feeder)세포를 이용하여 줄기세포를 배양하는 방법에 있어서, 피더세포와 줄기세포를 복수의 포어(pores)를 가지는 폴리머 막(membrane)으로 분리하여 두개의 공간으로 나누어 배양하고, 상기 피더세포는 세포증식억제제(cytostatic agent)로 전처리되지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 줄기세포의 배양방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 막은 폴리에스터(polyester)를 재료로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 줄기세포의 배양방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 포어 크기는 0.2 um 내지 0.5 um인 것을 특징으로 하는 배양방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머 막 아래에 피더세포를 배양하고 폴리머 막 위에 줄기세포를 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배양방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 줄기세포는 배아줄기세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 배양방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 피더세포 배양공간은 혈청(serum) 함유 배지를 사용하고, 줄기세포 배양공간은 무혈청(serum-free or serum-replacement) 배지를 사용 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배양방법.
