Claims (4)
- 외장 케이스(110)의 상부를 막는 절연판(120)에 구비되는 전해콘덴서(100)의 단자(200)에 있어서,상기 단자(200)의 플레이트(210)는 상기 절연판(120)에 고정하고, 이 플레이트로부터 연장되는 연결부(220)는 탄성 확대부(230)를 마련하되, 이 탄성 확대부(230)는 하나 이상의 세로 절개선(231)으로써 그 폭을 둘 이상으로 절개한 후, 일부는 두께의 앞쪽으로 꺾어 전방 돌출편(232)으로하고, 일부는 두께의 뒤쪽으로 꺾어 후방 돌출편(233)으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전해콘덴서용 단자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기한 탄성 확대부(230)는 2개의 세로 절개선(231)으로 써 그 폭을 3개로 나눈 후, 중앙부분을 앞쪽으로 꺾어 전방 돌출편(232)으로 하고, 그 양쪽을 모두 뒤쪽으로 꺾어 후방 돌출편(233)이 되도록 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전해콘덴서용 단자.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기한 탄성 확대부(230)의 전방 돌출편(232)과 후방 돌출편(233)은 돌출된 측면 모양이 마름모꼴이 되도록 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전해콘덴서용 단자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄성 확대부(230)는 연결부(220)의 폭보다 더 넓은 확장편(234)을 형성한 후, 그 확장편의 안쪽에 통공(235)을 형성하여 그 통공(235) 양쪽의 세목부(236)가 탄성을 발휘할 수 있도록 하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전해콘덴서용 단자.
