- 영상 신호를 기록 또는 재생하기 위한 영상 신호 기록 재생 장치에서 채택되는 영상 신호 기록 재생 방법에 있어서,소정의 타이밍에서 일련의 영상 신호로부터 정지 화상을 추출하는 추출 단계;상기 추출 단계에서 추출된 상기 정지 화상이 광고에 대응하는 것인지 여부에 기초하여, 상기 정지 화상이 대표 화상으로 될 가능성의 여부를 판단하는 판단 단계; 및상기 판단 단계에서의 판단의 결과에 따라 상기 정지 화상을 대표 화상으로 설정하는 설정 단계를 포함하는 영상 신호 기록 재생 방법.
- 영상 신호를 기록 또는 재생하기 위한 영상 신호 기록 재생 장치를 제어하는 프로그램을 저장한 기록 매체에 있어서,상기 프로그램은 컴퓨터 판독가능 프로그램이고, 상기 프로그램은소정의 타이밍에서 일련의 영상 신호로부터 정지 화상을 추출하는 추출 단계;상기 추출 단계에서 추출된 상기 정지 화상이 광고에 대응하는 것인지 여부에 기초하여, 상기 정지 화상이 대표 화상으로 될 가능성의 여부를 판단하는 판단 단계; 및상기 판단 단계에서의 판단의 결과에 따라 상기 정지 화상을 대표 화상으로 설정하는 설정 단계를 포함하는 기록 매체.
- 영상 신호를 기록 또는 재생하는 영상 신호 기록 재생 장치에 있어서,소정의 타이밍에서 일련의 영상 신호로부터 정지 화상을 추출하는 추출 수단;상기 추출 수단이 추출한 상기 정지 화상이 무의미 화상인지 여부에 기초하여, 상기 정지 화상이 대표 화상으로 될 가능성의 여부를 판단하는 판단 수단;상기 판단 수단에 의한 판단 결과에 대응하여, 상기 정지 화상을 상기 대표 화상으로 설정하는 설정 수단을 포함하는 영상 신호 기록 재생 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 판단 수단은 정지 화상의 히스토그램(histogram) 분포도가 소정의 임계값 이상인지의 여부에 기초하여, 상기 정지 화상이 무의미 화상인지의 여부를 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 영상 신호 기록 재생 장치.
- 영상 신호를 기록 또는 재생하기 위한 영상 신호 기록 재생 장치에서 채택되는 영상 신호 기록 재생 방법에 있어서,소정의 타이밍에서 일련의 영상 신호로부터 정지 화상을 추출하는 추출 단계;상기 추출 단계에서 추출한 상기 정지 화상이 무의미 화상인지 여부에 기초하여, 상기 정지 화상이 대표 화상으로 될 가능성의 여부를 판단하는 판단 단계; 및상기 판단 단계에서의 판단 결과에 대응하여, 상기 정지 화상을 상기 대표 화상으로 설정하는 설정 단계를 포함하는 영상 신호 기록 재생 방법.
- 영상 신호를 기록 또는 재생하기 위한 영상 신호 기록 재생 장치를 제어하는 프로그램을 저장한 기록 매체에 있어서,상기 프로그램은 컴퓨터 판독가능 프로그램이고, 상기 프로그램은소정의 타이밍에서 일련의 영상 신호로부터 정지 화상을 추출하는 추출 단계;상기 추출 단계에서 추출한 상기 정지 화상이 무의미 화상인지 여부에 기초하여, 상기 정지 화상이 대표 화상으로 될 가능성의 여부를 판단하는 판단 단계; 및상기 판단 단계에서의 판단 결과에 대응하여 상기 정지 화상을 상기 대표 화상으로 설정하는 설정 단계를 포함하는 기록 매체.
- 영상 신호를 기록 또는 재생하기 위한 영상 신호 기록 재생 장치에서 채택되는 영상 신호 기록 재생 방법에 있어서,소정의 타이밍에서 일련의 영상 신호로부터 정지 화상을 추출하는 추출 단계;상기 추출 단계에서 추출된 상기 정지 화상의 에지에 기초하여, 상기 정지 화상이 대표 화상으로 될 가능성의 여부를 판단하는 판단 단계; 및상기 판단 단계에서의 판단 결과에 대응하여, 상기 정지 화상을 상기 대표 화상으로 설정하는 설정 단계를 포함하는 영상 신호 기록 재생 방법.
- 영상 신호를 기록 또는 재생하기 위한 영상 신호 기록 재생 장치를 제어하는 프로그램을 저장한 기록 매체에 있어서,상기 프로그램은 컴퓨터 판독가능 프로그램이고, 상기 프로그램은소정의 타이밍에서 일련의 영상 신호로부터 정지 화상을 추출하는 추출 단계;상기 추출 단계에서 추출된 상기 정지 화상의 에지에 기초하여, 상기 정지 화상이 대표 화상으로 될 가능성의 여부를 판단하는 판단 단계; 및상기 판단 단계에서의 판단의 결과에 대응하여, 상기 정지 화상을 대표 화상으로 설정하는 설정 단계를 포함하는 기록 매체.
