Abstract
Description
a)ⅰ) 아크릴계 단량체 10~90 중량부;
스티렌 또는 디비닐벤젠 10~90 중량부;
를 포함하는 단량체 100 중량부;
ⅱ) 개시제 0.1 내지 20 중량부; 및
ⅲ) 용매를 고형분 함량이 0.1 내지 5 중량%가 되도록 포함시켜 혼합
한 후, 50 내지 90 ℃의 온도에서 20 내지 30 시간 동안 상하 또는 좌우로 교반이 가능한 교반기에서 60 내지 80 rpm 으로 교반하면서 중합하여 단분산 비드를 합성하는 단계; 및
b) 상기 a)단계에서 합성된 단분산 비드를 여과 및 건조하는 단계
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 플라스틱 비드의 제조방법을 제공한다.
Claims (11)
- 고분자 플라스틱 비드의 제조방법에 있어서,a)ⅰ) 아크릴계 단량체 10~90 중량부;스티렌 또는 디비닐벤젠 10~90 중량부;를 포함하는 단량체 100 중량부;ⅱ) 개시제 0.1 내지 20 중량부; 및ⅲ) 용매를 고형분 함량이 0.1 내지 5 중량%가 되도록 포함시켜 혼합한 후, 50 내지 90 ℃의 온도에서 20 내지 30 시간 동안 상하 또는 좌우로 교반이 가능한 교반기에서 60 내지 80 rpm 으로 교반하면서 중합하여 단분산 비드를 합성하는 단계; 및b) 상기 a)단계에서 합성된 단분산 비드를 여과 및 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 플라스틱 비드의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 a)ⅰ)의 아크릴계 단량체가 메틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 트리메틸로메탄 테트라아크릴레이트, 트리메틸로메탄 트리아크릴레이트, 트리메틸로부탄 트리아크릴레이트, 글리시딜(메타)아크릴레이트, 및 에틸렌글리콜디글리시딜메타아크릴레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 플라스틱 비드의 제조방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 b)단계의 건조가 70 내지 80 ℃의 온도에서 20 내지 30 시간 동안 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 플라스틱 비드의 제조방법.
- 제1항 기재의 방법으로 제조되며, 평균입경이 1 내지 10 ㎛이고, 압축탄성율이 100~700 kgf/㎟인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 플라스틱 비드.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 고분자 플라스틱 비드의 회복률은 10~60 %인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 플라스틱 비드.
