Claims (2)
- 주지된 구조를 가지는 싸이로 탱크에서 공급되는 플라이애쉬와, 공급기로부터 공급되는 점토를 석별기와 분쇄기에서 선별 분쇄하여 혼련기에서 혼련한 다음 배출하고, 정량공급기를 이용하여 원료를 정량공급하며, 원료가 이송되는 과정에서 발생하는 분집을 포집하기 위한 집진장치를 구비하여 블록을 성형하는 공지된 블록 성형 조성물 제조 장치를 형성함에 있어서,싸이로 탱크(100)와 혼련기(800) 사이에 정량 공급기(300)를 설치하여 싸이로 탱크(100)에서 배출되는 플라이애쉬가 정량 공급기(300)로부터 혼련기(800)에 정량 투입되고, 상기 정량 공급기(300)와 상기 혼련기(800)에서 발생하는 분진을 포집하기 위하여 혼련기(800) 상부에 집진장치(400)가 설치되고, 상기 집진장치(400)와 정량 공급기(300)를 제1집진호스(402)로 연결하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라이애쉬를 이용하는 블록 성형 조성물의 제조 장치.
