Claims (8)
- 제1수지층과 제2수지층을 포함하는 다층 지방족 폴리에스터 필름에 있어서,제1수지층을 구성하는 성분의 L-락트산 함량이 90∼100 중량%이고, 제2수지층을 구성하는 성분의 D-락트산 함량이 5∼20 중량%이며, 제1수지층의 용융온도(Tm1)와 제2수지층의 용융온도(Tm2)의 차가 20℃ 이상이고,제1수지층의 표면(제2수지층 접촉면 반대면)에, 표면 저항값이 1012Ω/□ 이하인 코팅층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다층 지방족 폴리에스터 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,코팅층이, 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로, 0.01 내지 1 중량%의 4급 암모늄 설페이트 유도체, 0.01 내지 0.5 중량%의 폴리실록산계 수지 및 나머지량의 용매를 포함하는 표면 처리 조성물로부터 유도된 것임을 특징으로 하는, 다층 지방족 폴리에스터 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,코팅층이 0.01 내지 0.5㎛의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다층 지방족 폴리에스터 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제1수지층과 제2수지층이 1∼20:1의 두께비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다층 지방족 폴리에스터 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제2수지층과 또 다른 제2수지층과의 열접착 강도가 90℃ 이상에서 500gf/inch 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 다층 지방족 폴리에스터 필름.
- 제1폴리락트산계 수지와 제2폴리락트산계 수지(이때, 상기 제1폴리락트산계 수지와 제2폴리락트산계 수지의 용융온도 차가 20℃ 이상임)를 용융 압출한 후, 용융 압출된 시트를 일축 또는 이축 연신한 다음, 상기 제1폴리락트산계 수지층 위에 표면 저항값이 1012Ω/□ 이하인 코팅층을 형성하고, 열처리하는 것을 포함하는, 제1항에 따른 다층 지방족 폴리에스터 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,열처리가, 제1폴리락트산계 수지층의 용융온도 보다 5 내지 30℃ 낮은 온도에서 5 내지 30초 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다층 지방족 폴리에스터 필름의 제조방법.
