- 삭제
- 대향 배치된 한쌍의 기판과,상기 한쌍의 기판 사이에 밀봉되며, 실온(25℃)에서 1×1013Ω·㎝ 이상의 비저항을 갖는 액정과,상기 한쌍의 기판 사이의 외주부에 이음매없이 형성된 시일재와,상기 액정에 혼입된 중합성 성분이 중합되어 상기 기판과의 계면 근방에 형성되며, 상기 액정의 배향 방위를 규제하는 폴리머층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,한쪽의 상기 기판 상에 형성된 제1 화소 전극과, 상기 한쪽의 기판 상에 형 성되며, 상기 제1 화소 전극으로부터 분리된 제2 화소 전극을 각각 포함한 복수의 화소 영역과,상기 화소 영역마다 배치되며, 상기 제1 화소 전극에 전기적으로 접속된 소스 전극을 포함한 트랜지스터와,상기 소스 전극에 전기적으로 접속되며, 절연막을 개재하여 상기 제2 화소 전극의 적어도 일부에 대향하여 배치된 제어 용량 전극을 포함하고, 상기 소스 전극과 상기 제2 화소 전극을 용량 결합하는 제어 용량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 액정은, 마이너스의 유전률 이방성을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치.
