Claims (3)
- 조성식이 RnSiO(4-n)/2(R:메틸기, n: 2.0)이고, 평균 중합도가 1000 ~ 5000인 오르가노폴리실록산 3.0 ~ 75.88중량%,분자식이 H-{Si(Me)2-O}13Si(Me)2-H이고, 분자량이 1022인 질소분위기 하에서 제조된 말단이 수소로 치환된 폴리 실록산 2.0 ~ 46.0중량%,흄드 실리카(Fumed Silica) 20 ~ 39중량%,수산화알루미늄(Al(OH)3), 수산화마그네슘(Mg(OH)2), 삼산화안티몬(Sb2O3)인 무기 난연제 중 선택되는 어느 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합인 난연제 0.1 ~ 0.5중량%,산화티탄(Titanium oxide) 1.0 ~ 5.0중량%,산화철(Iron oxide) 1.0 ~ 5.0중량%,스테아린산 마그네슘 0.01 ~ 1.0중량%, 백금(Pt) 0.01 ~ 0.5중량%로 조성된 것을 금형에 부은 후 150 ~ 200℃의 온도로 5 ~ 30분간 가열하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 난연성이 우수한 방화벽용 관구 밀폐마개.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 흄드 실리카(Fumed Silica)는 비표면적이 25㎡/g이고, 평균 입자크기는 20 ~ 30nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성이 우수한 방화벽용 관구 밀폐마개.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 산화티탄(Titanium oxide)은 고온에서 안정한 루틸형으로 그 입도가 10 ~ 20nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성이 우수한 방화벽용 관구 밀폐마개.
