- 루틸화율이 10% 이하이고, BET 비표면적이 20∼80㎡/g인 아나타제형 산화티탄 분말로서,상기 산화티탄 분말은 사염화티탄, 산소, 수소 및 수증기를 기상 상태 하에서 반응하여 얻어지는 것인 아나타제형 산화티탄 분말.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 산화티탄 분말이, 사염화티탄, 산소, 수소 및 수증기를 미리 450∼650℃로 가열한 후, 기상 반응 상태 하에서 반응하여 얻어지는 아나타제형 산화티탄 분말.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 사염화티탄의 기상 반응에 있어서, 사염화 티탄 1ℓ에 대해, 산소 가스 공급량이 60∼90ℓ, 수소 가스 공급량이 60∼90ℓ, 수증기 공급량이 240∼600ℓ인 아나타제형 산화티탄 분말.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,황원자의 함유율이 10ppm 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 아나타제형 산화티탄 분말.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,평균입경이 10∼100nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 아나타제형 산화티탄 분말.
- 사염화티탄, 산소, 수소 및 수증기를 미리 450∼650℃로 가열한 후, 기상 반응 상태 하에서 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 아나타제형 산화티탄 분말의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 사염화티탄의 기상 반응에 있어서, 사염화티탄 1ℓ에 대해, 산소 가스를 60∼90ℓ, 수소 가스를 60∼90ℓ, 수증기를 240∼600ℓ 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아나타제형 산화티탄 분말의 제조 방법.
