Claims (4)
- 한쌍의 금속박 집전체와 접속한 금속 산화물 및 양성자 전도성을 갖는 고분자 결착재를 포함하는 전극층과,양 전극층에 협지된 고분자 전해질막을 구비하는 막-전극-집전체를 포함하는 구조체를 갖고,상기 양성자 전도성을 갖는 고분자 결착재 및 고분자 전해질막 또는 그 중 어느 하나가 하기 화학식 A로 표시되는 구조 단위 및 하기 화학식 B로 표시되는 구조 단위를 포함하는 술폰산기를 갖는 폴리아릴렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 화학 캐패시터.<화학식 A>식 중, Y는 -CO-, -SO2-, -SO-, -CONH-, -COO-, -(CF2)l- (여기서, l은 1 내지 10의 정수임), -C(CF3)2-로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 구조를 나타내고, Z는 직접 결합 또는 -(CH2)l- (여기서, l은 1 내지 10의 정수임), -C(CH3)2-, -O-, -S-로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 구조를 나타내고, Ar은 -SO3H 또는 -O(CH2)pSO3H 또는 -O(CF2)pSO3H로 표시되는 치환기를 갖는 방향족기를 나타내고, p는 1 내지 12의 정수를 나타내고, m은 0 내지 10의 정수를 나타내고, n은 0 내지 10의 정수를 나타내고, k는 1 내지 4의 정수를 나타낸다.<화학식 B>식 중, A 및 D는 독립적으로 직접 결합 또는 -CO-, -SO2-, -SO-, -C0NH-, -COO-, -(CF2)l- (여기서, l은 1 내지 10의 정수임), -(CH2)l- (여기서, l은 1 내지 10의 정수임), -CR'2- (여기서, R'는 지방족 탄화수소기, 방향족 탄화수소기 및 할로겐화 탄화수소기를 나타냄), 시클로헥실리덴기, 플루오레닐리덴기, -O-, -S-로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 구조를 나타내고, B는 독립적으로 산소 원자 또는 황 원자이고, R1 내지 R16은 서로 동일하거나 또는 상이할 수 있으며, 수소 원자, 불소 원자, 알킬기, 일부 또는 전부가 할로겐화된 할로겐화 알킬기, 알릴기, 아릴기, 니트로기, 니트릴기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 원자 또는 기를 나타내고, s 및 t는 0 내지 4의 정수를 나타내고, r은 0 또는 1 이상의 정수를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속박 집전체가 두께 10 내지 100 ㎛의 티탄 또는 스테인레스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 화학 캐패시터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물과 양성자 전도성 결착재에 있어서, 금속 산화물 100 중량부에 대하여 양성자 전도성 결착재가 2.5 중량부 이상 50 중량부 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 화학 캐패시터.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 술폰산기를 갖는 폴리아릴렌이 술폰산기를 0.3 내지 5 meq/g의 범위로 함유하는 폴리아릴렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 화학 캐패시터.
