Claims (12)
- CRT(칼라음극선관) 브라운관의 R.G.B 삼색 형광막 위에 Filming을 형성하여 Alluminium 증착시 형광막 손상 방지 기능을 하는 수용성 아크릴계 친환경적 저온분해용 아크릴 에멀젼(Acryl Emulsion)의 조성물의 제조방법에 있어서,(a) 증류수 95∼99 중량%와 음이온 계면활성제 1∼5 중량%를 80∼90℃의 온도 조건하에서 혼합 반응시켜 반응준비물을 형성하는 단계;(b) 증류수 40∼45 중량%, 음이온 계면활성제 1∼6 중량%, 메타아크릴산 에스테르 단량체 48∼53 중량%, 아크릴산 에스테르 단량체 4∼9 중량%, 카르복실기를 갖는 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 1∼6 중량% 및 가교 가능한 단량체 1∼6 중량%의 조성비로 상온에서 혼합하여 단량체 혼합물을 형성하는 단계;(c) 단계 (a)에서 형성된 반응준비물 83∼88 중량%, 초기반응액으로써의 단량체 혼합물 10∼15 중량%, 반응개시제 3∼6 중량%와 증류수 94∼97 중량%로 혼합 조성된 초기반응개시물 2∼7 중량%를 투입하여 초기반응물을 형성하는 단계;(d) 단계 (c)의 과정에서 형성된 초기반응물 43∼47 중량%, 단량체 혼합물 48∼52 중량%, 반응개시제 2∼5 중량%와 증류수 95∼98 중량%로 조성된 반응개시물 5∼9 중량%를 일시 또는 다단계로 적하하여 2∼4 시간동안 일정온도 조건하에서 중합반응시키는 단계;(e) 단계 (d)의 중합반응 과정에서 85∼95℃의 온도를 유지하는 가운데 30∼90분 동안 숙성시키는 단계;(f) 단계 (e)의 과정을 통해 숙성이 완료된 후 65∼75℃의 온도조건하에서 숙성 완료된 중합반응물의 전체 중량에 대하여 0.5∼0.7 중량%의 후처리제를 투입하여 전환률을 높이는 단계; 및(g) 단계 (f)의 과정을 통해 중합반응물의 전환률을 높인 다음 40℃ 이하로 냉각시키는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 아크릴계 친환경적 저온분해용 아크릴 에멀젼(Acryl Emulsion) 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (d) 과정의 중합반응시 반응기 내부의 온도는 90∼95℃로 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 아크릴계 친환경적 저온분해용 아크릴 에멀젼(Acryl Emulsion) 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (d) 과정에서 단량체 혼합물을 다단계로 투입하는 과정은,(d-1) 중합반응개시 이후 5∼15분 동안은 단량체 혼합물을 분당 0.2∼0.3 ℓ(리터)의 투입속도로 연속적으로 정속투입하는 단계;(d-2) 단계 (d-1) 과정 후 15∼25분 동안은 단량체 혼합물을 분당 0.2∼0.4 ℓ(리터)의 투입속도로 연속적으로 정속투입하는 단계;(d-3) 단계 (d-2) 과정 후 25∼35분 동안은 단량체 혼합물을 분당 0.4∼0.5 ℓ(리터)의 투입속도로 연속적으로 정속투입하는 단계; 및(d-4) 단계 (d-4) 과정 후 3∼4 시간 동안은 단량체 혼합물을 분당 0.2∼0.4 ℓ(리터)의 투입속도로 연속적으로 정속투입하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 아크릴계 친환경적 저온분해용 아크릴 에멀젼(Acryl Emulsion) 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (d) 과정에서 반응개시물을 투입하는 과정은 상기 단계 (d-1), (d-2), (d-3) 및 (d-4)의 과정에서 분당 0.01∼0.05 ℓ(리터)의 투입속도로 연속적으로 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 아크릴계 친환경적 저온분해용 아크릴 에멀젼(Acryl Emulsion) 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 메타아크릴산 에스테르 단량체로는 에틸메타아크릴레이트, 프로필메타아크릴레이트, 부틸메타아크릴레이트, n-부틸메타아크릴레이트, 헥실메타아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실메타아크릴레이트, 옥틸메타아크릴레이트, 노닐메타아크릴레이트, 데실메타아크릴레이트 및 스테아릴메타아크릴레이트 중 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상이 혼합 적용된 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 아크릴계 친환경적 저온분해용 아크릴 에멀젼(Acryl Emulsion) 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴산 에스테르 단량체로는 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트가 적용된 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 아크릴계 친환경적 저온분해용 아크릴 에멀젼(Acryl Emulsion) 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 카르복실기를 갖는 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체로는 메타아크릴산, 아크릴산, 이타콘산, 푸마르산 및 말레산 중 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 아크릴계 친환경적 저온분해용 아크릴 에멀젼(Acryl Emulsion) 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 가교 가능한 단량체로는 6개 이하의 관응기를 갖는 소 관능성 단량체, 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 및 2-하이드록시에틸메타크릴레이트 중 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상으로 이루어진 것을 수용성 아크릴계 친환경적 저온분해용 아크릴 에멀젼(Acryl Emulsion) 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제는 음이온성 계면활성제로 Sodium dialkyl Sulfsuccinate계 계면활성제(Surface active agent)인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 아크릴계 친환경적 저온분해용 아크릴 에멀젼(Acryl Emulsion) 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 반응개시제로는 암모늄퍼설페이트, 포타슘퍼설페이트 중 선택된 1종 또는 2종이 혼합 적용된 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 아크릴계 친환경적 저온분해용 아크릴 에멀젼(Acryl Emulsion) 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 후처리제로는 롱가르트 2∼6 중량%, 증류수 92∼96 중량% 및 t-부틸하이드록시페록사이드 2∼6 중량%의 조성비로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 아크릴계 친환경적 저온분해용 아크릴 에멀젼(Acryl Emulsion) 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법을 통해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 아크릴계 친환경적 저온분해용 아크릴 에멀젼(Acryl Emulsion) 조성물.
