Claims (7)
- 저밀도폴리에틸렌 30 ~ 50 중량%, C4 선형 저밀도폴리에틸렌 30 ~ 40 중량%, C6, C8 또는 메탈로센계 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 5 ~ 15 중량%, 고밀도폴리에틸렌 5 ~ 15 중량% 및 5.0 ~ 7.0 g/10분의 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 50중량%와 TiO2 50중량%로 이루어진 유백 마스터배치(MB) 5 ~ 10 중량%을 포함하는 조성물을 이용한 필름 성형물을 인-라인(in-line)으로 천공 형성 수단 및 엠보 형성 수단이 구비된 냉각롤에 통과시켜 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보가 형성된 천공필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 필름 성형물은 서로 다른 조성물을 멀티다이(multi-die)를 이용하여 2층 이상으로 적층하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보가 형성된 천공필름.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 각각 에틸렌-에틸아크릴레이트 코폴리머(EEA)를 1 ~ 10 중량% 또는 무기 충전제 1 ~ 10 중량%를 선택적으로 추가하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보가 형성된 천공필름.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 무기충진제는 탄산칼슘, 실리카, 황산바륨, 황산마그네슘, 황산칼슘, 탈크, 카올린, 수산화알루미늄, 수산화마그네슘, 산화아연, 알루미나, 산화티탄, 마이카, 제오라이트, 규조토, 탄산마그네슘, 크레이에서 선택되는 어느 하나이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보가 형성된 천공필름.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 2층 이상으로 제조된 천공필름에서 피부에 접촉되는 피부접촉층은 무기충진제를 더 추가한 조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보가 형성된 천공필름.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 2층 이상으로 제조된 천공필름에서 피부에 접촉되는 면의 반대면이 되는 흡수층은 에틸렌-에틸아크릴레이트 코폴리머(EEA)를 더 추가한 조성물을 사용하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보가 형성된 천공필름.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 2층 이상으로 제조된 천공필름에서 피부에 접촉되는 피부접촉층은 무기충진제를 더 추가한 조성물을 사용하고, 상기 피부에 접촉되는 면의 반대면이 되는 흡수층은 에틸렌-에틸아크릴레이트 코폴리머(EEA)를 더 추가한 조성물을 사용하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보가 형성된 천공필름.
