Claims (6)
- 상하면을 갖는 탄성신축성의 제1 웨브를 한방향으로 연속적으로 공급하고, 상기 제1 웨브의 한면 또는 양면에 열가소성 합성 섬유로 구성된 비탄성적으로 신장가능한 제2 웨브를 연속적으로 공급함과 동시에 상기 한방향에 있어서 간헐적으로 접합하여 상기 한방향으로의 탄성신축성을 갖는 복합 시이트를 제조하는 공정에,a. 상기 제1 웨브를 상기 한방향으로 연속적으로 공급하고, 또한 상기 제1 웨브의 탄성신축 범위 내에서 상기 한방향으로 신장시키는 공정,b. 신장시킨 상기 제1 웨브를 상기 웨브의 탄성수축력에 의해서 수축시키는 공정 및c. 수축 후의 상기 제1 웨브의 한면 또는 양면에 상기 제2 웨브를 중첩시켜, 상기 제1 웨브와 제2 웨브를 상기 한방향으로 간헐적으로 접합시키는 공정이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 탄성신축성을 갖는 복합 시이트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공정 c 후에,d. 접합시킨 상기 제1 및 제2 웨브를 상기 제1 웨브의 탄성신축 범위 내에서 상기 한방향으로 신장시키는 제2차 신장 공정 및e. 신장시킨 상기 제1 및 제2 웨브를 상기 제1 웨브의 탄성수축력에 의해서 수축시키는 제2차 수축 공정이 포함되는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 웨브의 열가소성 합성 섬유는 섬유끼리의 기계적인 얽힘 및 용착 중 어느 하나를 갖고, 상기 공정 d에서는 상기 얽힘 및 용착의 적어도 일부가 풀려 상기 섬유끼리 분리되는 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 웨브의 상면에 중첩되는 제2 웨브와 하면에 중첩되는 제2 웨브는, 평량, 밀도, 열가소성 합성수지의 종류, 섬유의 직경, 및 섬유의 길이로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 성상이 서로 다른 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 웨브가 탄성신축성의 열가소성 합성 섬유로 된 부직포, 직포 및 탄성신축성의 열가소성 합성 수지로 된 필름 중 어느 하나인 것이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 웨브의 열가소성 합성 섬유가 연속 섬유, 장섬유, 단섬유 중 어느 하나인 것이 특징인 방법.
