Claims (5)
- 상하면을 갖는 탄성의 신축성인 제1웹을 한 방향으로 연속적으로 공급하여, 상기 제1웹의 적어도 한면에 열가소성 합성 섬유로 이루어진 비탄성적으로 신장 가능한 제2웹을 연속적으로 공급하는 동시에 상기 한 방향에서 간헐적으로 접합시켜 상기 한 방향으로의 탄성의 신축성을 갖는 복합 시트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 복합 시트의 제조 공정에 하기 공정, 즉a) 상기 제1웹을 상기 한 방향으로 연속적으로 공급하고, 또한 상기 제1웹의 탄성 신축 범위 내에서 상기 한 방향으로 신장시키는 제1차 신장 공정,b) 신장된 상기 제1웹의 적어도 한면에 상기 제2웹을 겹치고, 상기 제1웹과 제2웹을 상기 한 방향에서 간헐적으로 접합하여, 복합 웹을 얻는 공정,c) 상기 복합 웹을 상기 제1웹의 탄성 신축 범위 내에서 상기 한 방향으로 신장시키는 제2차 신장 공정 및d) 상기 제2차 신장 공정 이후에, 신장한 상기 복합 웹을 상기 제1웹의 탄성 수축력에 의해서 수축시켜, 상기 복합 시트를 얻는 공정이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성의 신축성을 갖는 복합 시트를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2웹의 상기 열가소성 합성 섬유는 섬유끼리의 기계적인 얽힘 및 용착 중 어느 것을 보유하고, 상기 공정 c)에서는 상기 얽힘 및 용착의 일부가 풀려 상기 섬유끼리 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 복합 웹은 상기 제1웹의 상하 양면에 상기 제2웹이 겹쳐진 것으로, 상기 제1웹의 상면에 겹쳐지는 제2웹과 하면에 겹쳐지는 제2웹은 이들 제2웹의 서로의 평량, 밀도, 열가소성 합성 수지의 종류, 섬유의 직경 및 길이로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 성상이 상이한 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1웹이 탄성의 신축성인 열가소성 합성 섬유로 이루어진 부직포, 직포 및 탄성의 신축성인 열가소성 합성 수지로 이루어진 필름 중 어느 하나임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2웹의 열가소성 합성 섬유가 연속 섬유, 장섬유, 단섬유 중 어느 하나임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
