Claims (2)
- 2개의 환형판과 압축 코일스프링들을 포함하며, 상기 압축 코일스프링들이 상기 2개의 환형판상에 형성된 돌기부들에 코킹됨으로써 환형판에 각기 조립되도록 하는 스프링 조립체 제조방법으로서,각각의 상기 환형판에 큰 직경을 갖는 돌기부들과 작은 직경을 갖는 돌기부들을 교대로 형성하는 한편, 각각의 상기 압축 코일스프링에 큰 직경의 돌기부와 연결되는 큰 직경의 말단 선회부와 작은 직경의 돌기부와 연결되는 작은 직경의 말단 선회부를 형성하는 단계와;상기 큰 직경을 갖는 돌기부의 외주변부상에 큰 직경의 말단 선회부를 배치하는 단계와;상기 큰 직경을 갖는 돌기부의 내경보다 큰 직경부를 갖는 펀치를 내부로 삽입하여 상기 큰 직경을 갖는 돌기부의 직경을 확대시킴으로써, 상기 압축 코일스프링의 큰 직경을 갖는 말단 선회부를 각각의 환형판에 조립하는 단계와;상기 작은 직경을 갖는 돌기부의 외주변부상에 작은 직경의 말단 선회부를 배치하는 단계 및;상기 작은 직경을 갖는 돌기부의 내경보다 큰 직경부를 갖는 펀치를 확대된 큰 직경의 돌기부의 내측으로부터 내부로 삽입하여 상기 작은 직경을 갖는 돌기부의 직경을 확대시킴으로써, 상기 압축 코일스프링의 작은 직경을 갖는 말단 선회부를 각각의 환형판에 조립하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링 조립체 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 환형판은 동일한 형상을 가지며, 상기 2개의 환형판 중 하나의 큰 직경을 갖는 돌기부들과 작은 직경을 갖는 돌기부들은 상기 2개의 환형판 중 다른 하나의 돌기부들과 대향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링 조립체 제조방법.
