Claims (3)
- 도금강판의 후처리에 사용되는 크롬프리(Cr-Free) 표면처리 조성물로서, 조성물 100중량부를 기준으로 폴리우레탄 수지 15~20 중량부, 은폐안료로 이산화티탄 1~5중량부, 착색안료로 산화철계 안료를 1~2중량부, 크롬프리(Cr-Free) 화합물로 유기티타늄 화합물을 1~2중량부, 나머지는 물로 구성되고, 또한 상기 이산화티탄과, 산화철계 안료는 이들 안료 상호 구성비율에 따라 달라지는 특정 색상을 갖도록 한 조성물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬프리 착색 표면처리 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 안료는 각기 전체 폴리우레탄 수지 중의 일부를 이용하여 다이노밀 또는 링밀을 이용하여 입도에 관한 노스표준(North Standard) 입도기준 7이상 미세 분산시켜 사용하고, 상기 수지원료가 되는 폴리올 성분에 분산성이 양호한 반응기를 포함시켜서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크롬프리 착색 표면처리 조성물.
- 제 1항에 기재된 상기 크롬프리 착색 표면처리 조성물을 1.0~3.0g/m2의 건조부착량으로 도포하고 이 도금강판의 표면온도가 80~140℃ 가 되도록 열풍, 유도가 열 또는 NIR(Near InfraRed) 방식에 의해 건조하는 방법으로 후처리 하여 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 도금강판의 제조방법.
