Abstract
Description
한편, 적절한 용접 조건 하에서도 면적 비율이 80%를 초과할 경우, 외부 산화물층을 파괴하여 반응층을 형성하기 어려워, 이로써 반응층은 충분히 형성되지 않는다. 그 결과, 예를 들어 반응층의 평균 두께는 0.1μm 미만이고, 야금 접합은 수득될 수 없다.
Claims (5)
- 질량%로, 0.02 내지 0.3%의 C, 0.2 내지 5.0%의 Si, 0.2 내지 2.0%의 Mn, 및 0.002 내지 0.1%의 Al; 추가로 0.005 내지 0.10%의 Ti, 0.005 내지 0.10%의 Nb, 0.05 내지 1.0%의 Cr, 및 0.01 내지 1.0%의 Mo 중 1종 이상을 함유하고; 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 구성된 강판에 있어서,강판 표면 상의 기존의 산화물층을 일단 제거한 후 새로 형성시킨 상기 강판의 강 생지 표면 상에 존재하는 외부 산화물층에서, 총 1원자% 이상의 Mn 및 Si를 함유하는 산화물의 비율이, 강 생지와 외부 산화물층 사이의 계면의 수평 방향으로의 길이 1μm에 대하여, 상기 산화물의 총 길이의 평균 비율로서 50 내지 80%인알루미늄재와의 이질재료 용접 접합용 강판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 강판의 강 생지 표면으로부터의 깊이가 10μm 이하인 강 영역에 존재하고 총 1원자% 이상의 Mn 및 Si를 함유하는 내부 산화물이 차지하는 비율이, 입계 산화물을 포함하여, 상기 강 영역의 10μm2의 시야에서 차지하는 상기 내부 산화물의 평균 면적 비율로서 3% 이상 10% 미만인, 알루미늄재와의 이질재료 용접 접합용 강판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 강판의 강 생지 표면으로부터의 깊이가 10μm를 초과하는 강 영역에 존재하고 총 1원자% 이상의 Mn 및 Si를 함유하는 내부 산화물이 차지하는 비율이, 입계 산화물을 포함하여, 상기 강 영역의 10μm2의 시야에서 차지하는 상기 내부 산화물의 평균 면적 비율로서 0.1% 이하인, 알루미늄재와의 이질재료 용접 접합용 강판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 강판이, 일단 산 세척된 후 산소 분압이 제어된 분위기에서 어닐링된 것인, 알루미늄재와의 이질재료 용접 접합용 강판.
- 제 1 항에 따른 강판을 알루미늄재와 용접 접합함으로써 형성된 이질재료 접합체로서,상기 강판과 상기 알루미늄재 사이의 접합 계면에서의 반응층의 너깃(nugget) 깊이 방향으로의 평균 두께가 0.1 내지 10μm이고, 상기 반응층의 형성 범위가 선 용접의 경우 접합 길이의 50% 이상의 길이, 또는 점 용접의 경우 접합 면적의 50% 이상의 면적인 이질재료 접합체.
