Claims (7)
- 금속 봉재를 성형하는 금형에 형성된 성형홈부로서, 상기 봉재의 길이방향을 따라서 선단부측이 상기 봉재의 단면적보다 작은 단면적을 구비함과 아울러 후단부측이 상기 봉재의 지름보다도 큰 폭 및 깊이를 구비하며, 선단부측에서는 선단부로 갈수록 점차 작아지게 되어 있는 단면적을 구비하는 성형홈부에 상기 봉재를 수용하는 공정과,상기 성형홈부를 가지는 금형 표면에 전동 롤을 압접하면서, 이 전동 롤을 상기 성형홈부의 후단부측에서 상기 봉재의 단면적보다 작은 단면적을 구비하는 선단부측을 향해서 전동시켜, 상기 전동 롤에 의해 상기 봉재를 상기 성형홈부의 형상을 따라서 소성변형시켜서 성형하는 공정과,상기 소성변형 시에 상기 전동 롤에 의해 상기 성형홈부의 외부로 압출된 여분의 두께로부터 형성되는 버를 제거하는 공정으로 이루어지며,상기 전동 롤은, 이 전동 롤보다 지름이 큰 대경 롤과 함께 회전함과 아울러, 이 대경 롤의 외측둘레에 이 대경 롤과 동축에 형성된 리테이너 링에 지지되어 유성형상으로 복수개 구비되며, 이 대경 롤에 의해 압압되어 상기 봉재에 압접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 봉재의 소성가공방법.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 버를 화학 연마에 의해 제거하여 상기 봉재의 소성변형된 부분에 날을 세우는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 봉재의 소성가공방법.
