Claims (4)
- 주동축의 동력을 종동축에 전달하기 위한 요크 제조 방법에 있어서,중공의 파이프를 절단하여 중공의 본체부를 형성하는 본체부 형성단계;상기 중공의 본체부를 압출성형하여 상대적으로 직경이 큰 너클통체부와 상대적으로 직경이 작은 샤프트를 형성하는 압출성형단계;상기 너클통체부를 프레스에 의해 확장시켜 상호 경계가 구획되도록 복수의 너클부를 형성하는 예비성형단계;내부에 성형홈을 갖는 다이스에 상기 본체부를 삽입 장착하고, 다이스의 성형홈과 대응되는 형상을 갖는 펀치를 다이스에 장착된 본체부에 삽입하여 상기 각 너클부를 분할시키는 펀칭단계;상기 복수의 너클부들 중 적어도 상호 대향되는 한 쌍의 너클부를 제외한 나머지 너클부를 절단하여 제거시키는 절단단계;상기 샤프트 내면에 스플라인을 형성하는 스플라인 형성단계; 및상기 절단되지 않은 너클부에 선반가공에 의해 관통홀을 형성하는 가공단계를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 요크 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가공단계는 상기 절단되지 않은 너클부 상단의 단부를 트리밍하여 만곡부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 요크 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 스플라인 형성단계는 스웨이징 장치를 사용하여 스플라인을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 요크 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 스플라인 형성단계는 상단부에 개구가 형성된 중공의 다이케이스와, 상기 다이케이스에 슬라이딩 가능하게 결합되는 중공의 다이스의 중앙부분에 상기 너클부가 형성된 샤프트를 진입시키고, 상기 다이케이스 내부에 그 길이방향으로 마련되고 그 선단부 외주면에 세레이션부가 형성된 코아(220)를 상기 샤프트 내부에 진입시켜 상기 샤프트 내부에 스플라인을 형성시킨 후 상기 코아 및 다이스로부터 상기 너클부가 형성된 샤프트를 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 요크 제조 방법.
