Claims (5)
- 에어분사 노즐에서 에어를 분사하여 실러가 코일형 비드를 이루며 도포되는 실러도포용 스월건 장치에 있어서,실러의 토출 압력을 일정하게 제어하는 에어 부스터;상기 에어 부스터에 연결되고, 실러의 토출을 제어하는 오토 건;상기 오토 건에서 실러를 공급받아 실러를 분사하는, 구경이 0.8-0.9 ㎜의 범위 내인 실러토출노즐;상기 실러토출 노즐을 잡아 주는 실러토출노즐 홀더;내부가 비어 실러토출노즐이 관통하여 하부로 연장되고, 실러토출노즐로부터 실러 토출시 측면에서 에어를 분사하는, 에어 공급방으로부터 에어가 투입되는 에어투입구 및 상기 에어투입구로 투입된 에어를 분사하는 다수의 에어 분사구들을 포함하며, 여기서 상기 에어 분사구의 구경이 0.8-1.2 ㎜의 범위 내이고, 에어토출 각도는 일차각도가 45도-60도이고, 2차회전각도가 10도-25도인 에어분사노즐;에어분사노즐에 에어를 공급하는 에어 공급방 둘레에 형성되고 에어의 흔들림을 최소화하는 에어하우징;에어분사노즐과 실러토출노즐의 에어 분사 압력을 제어하여 코일형의 실러 비드폭을 조절하는, 에어분사노즐의 에어압을 조절하는 제 1 비례제어밸브 및 에어 부스터 내의 에어실린더의 에어압을 조절하여 실러의 양을 제어하는 제 2 비례제어밸브를 포함하는 비례제어밸브부; 및상기 각 구성요소에 접속되어 스월건 장치의 전반적인 동작을 제어하는 제어기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실러 도포용 스월건 장치.
