Claims (1)
- 무공해 콩나물을 재배함에 있어서;콩나물 재배를 위한 원료 콩을 세척, 선별하여 6~8℃ 저온에서 1일동안 보관하여 콩의 품도를 10℃로 유지토록 하는 과정과,상기 저온에서 보관한 콩을 16~18℃의 온도를 가진 지하수를 2시간 간격으로 2회 살수하여 불리기 하는 공정과,상기 불리기가 종료된 콩을 2년 동안 숙성하고 10℃에서 냉장보관한 프로폴리스 추출액 3 중량부와 생수 1,000 중량부를 혼합 희석하여 송진과 이물을 걸러낸 후 10℃에서 보관시킨 프로폴리스 희석액에 1시간 30분간 침지시키는 과정과,상기 프로폴리스 희석액에 침지 후 건져 낸 원료 콩을 3시간이 경과된 후부터 재배용기에 담아 재배사에서 3시간 간격으로 2일간 지하수를 살수하는 과정과,상기 재배사에서 살수과정을 거친 콩을 지하수 4ℓ에 프로폴리스 추출액 2cc를 혼합한 프로폴리스 희석액을 1회 분무한 후 30분경과 후 지하수를 살수하여 콩나물을 재배하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무공해 콩나물 재배방법.
