Claims (5)
- 액정 (LC) 층 (13), 및 상기 LC 층 (13) 을 투과하는 입사광을 반사하여 상기 입사광이 상기 LC 층 (13) 을 다시 통과하게 하는 반사막 (20) 을 포함하고,상기 반사막 (20) 이 그 상부에 요철 패턴을 갖고, 상기 요철 패턴이 동일한 패턴을 갖고 주기적으로 배열된 복수의 패턴 그룹을 포함하며, 상기 패턴 그룹 각각이 복수 (N) 의 피겨 (figure) 엘리먼트 (31) 를 포함하고, 상기 피겨 엘리먼트 (31) 각각이 0.4 이상의 정점의 최대 이동량 내에서 복수의 기준 피겨 엘리먼트를 포함하는 기준 패턴 내 기준 피겨 엘리먼트의 대응하는 반사점 (apex) 으로부터 랜덤하게 이동된 반사점을 갖는 액정 디스플레이 (LCD) 장치로서,상기 각 피겨 엘리먼트 (31) 내 반사점들의 상기 랜덤 이동으로 인해서,
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 밝은 지점의 상기 이산화 각도가 0.001 도 이하인, LCD 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 패턴 그룹에 대응하는 상기 반사막 (20) 의 일부분이, 카운터 전극과 함께 상기 LC 층 (13) 의 편광을 제어하는 복수의 화소 전극에 의해 형성된, LCD 장치.
- 액정 (LC) 층 (13), 및 상기 LC 층 (13) 을 투과하는 입사광을 반사하여 상기 입사광이 상기 LC 층 (13) 을 다시 통과하게 하는 반사막 (20) 을 갖고, 상기 반사막 (20) 이 그 상부에 요철 패턴을 갖고, 상기 요철 패턴이 동일한 패턴을 갖고 주기적으로 배열된 복수의 패턴 그룹을 포함하며, 상기 각 패턴 그룹이 복수 (N) 의 피겨 엘리먼트 (31) 를 포함하는 액정 디스플레이 (LCD) 장치를 설계하는 방법으로서,0.4 이상의 정점의 최대 이동량 내에서 상기 복수의 기준 피겨 엘리먼트를 포함하는 기준 패턴 내 기준 피겨 엘리먼트의 반사점을 랜덤하게 이동하여,상기 각 피겨 엘리먼트 (31) 의 반사점들의 상기 랜덤 이동으로 인하여,상기 밝은 지점이 상기 반사막 (20) 에 의해 반사된 상기 입사광의 회절로 인해 발생하고, 상기 λA 가 상기 입사광의 평균 파장이며, 상기 Ls 가 상기 기준 패턴의 피치인, LCD 장치의 설계 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 밝은 지점의 상기 이산화 각도를 0.001 도 이하로 추정하도록 상기 N 및 상기 Ls 를 결정하는, LCD 장치의 설계 방법.
