Claims (4)
- 에틸렌비닐아세테이트계 도전성 발포체에 있어서,에틸렌비닐아세테이트 10~100중량부에 가교제 0.3~2중량부, 발포제 2~10중량부, 충전제 10~60중량부, 도전성 고분자 첨가제 1~10중량부 및 합성고무 10~50중량부를 혼합하여 컴파운드 조성물을 형성하고, 상기 컴파운드 조성물을 시트 또는 펠릿 형상으로 제조하여 발포시킴으로써 내부에 셀이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 도전성 발포체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 합성고무는 NBR(Nitril Butadiene Rubber), ECH(Epichlorohydrin) 또는 EPDM(Ethylene Propylene (ter)Diene Monomer) 중에 적어도 하나로 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 도전성 발포체.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 컴파운드 조성물에는 첨가제로서 산화아연, 스테아르산 중 하나 이상이 0.1~5 중량부 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 도전성 발포 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 컴파운드 조성물의 발포는,상기 컴파운드 조성물을 시트 또는 펠릿 형상으로 제조하고, 제조된 시트 또는 펠릿을 밀폐된 금형 안에 투입한 후 150~180도에서 5~10분간 가열하여 가교제와 발포제를 완전히 분해시키고, 금형을 순간적으로 열어 압력을 제거함으로써 압력의 차이를 이용하여 급팽창시킨 후 상온에서 숙성과정을 거쳐 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 발포체.
