Claims (1)
- 계기용 변압·변류기(MOF) 상판 프레임에 결합되는 절연부싱의 코아부를 성형하고, 그 성형된 코아부의 외주면 둘레를 따라 자토(瓷土)를 빚어 원반 형상으로 성형한 후, 불로 구워 자기(瓷器)로 이루어진 복수개의 날개부를 성형하는 MOF의 절연부싱에 있어서,상기 날개부는 자기(瓷器)로 이루어진 표면 둘레를 따라 1분자 중 전체 유기기에 대해서 비닐기(CH2=CH-Si≡)를 2mol% 함유하는 디오르가노폴리실록산(diorganopolysiloxane)45 ~ 62중량%와 비표면적이 50m2/g인 침강성 실리카 36 ~ 47중량%를 혼합하여 진공분위기의 150℃~250℃ 온도에서 100~150분간 가열처리한 후 경화제인 모노클로로벤조일퍼옥사이드 2 ~ 8중량%를 혼합한 실리콘 고무 조성물로 충전되어 사출 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 고무 조성물로 이루어진 계기용 변압·변류기의 절연부싱.
