Claims (12)
- 산화마그네슘 분말과 식물성 또는 광물성 소재로부터 선택되는 보강용 부재료를 일정량의 물과 혼합하여 얻은 원료 배합물을 소정의 형상으로 성형한 다음 가열ㆍ가압하에 경화시키는 산화마그네슘 주재의 불연성 건축 내장재의 제조 방법에 있어서,- 상기 원료 배합물을 컨베이어 벨트 위에 설치되는 성형부 내에 연속 공급하는 제1 공정과,- 상기 성형부 내에 공급되는 원료 배합물을 상호간의 가압력 조정이 자유로운 가압 성형 롤러 시스템 내에서 40~60 ㎏/㎠의 조건 하에 가압 성형하여 판상(板狀)의 예비 성형체를 얻는 제2 공정과,- 상기 예비 성형체를 초결로에 통과시켜 90~120℃ 및 50~70 ㎏/㎠의 가열ㆍ가압 하에 초결시킨 후 소정 규격의 판재로 절단하는 제3 공정과,- 상기 절단된 초결 판재를 각각 순차적으로 가열ㆍ가압형 다단식 프레스부에 연속 투입하여 여기서 다시 100~150℃ 및 100~150 ㎏/㎠의 조건 하에 가열ㆍ가압하여 최종 제품으로 하는 제4 공정의 결합으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는, 산화마그네슘 주재의 불연성 건축 내장재의 연속 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 공정은 상기 원료 배합물을 압출기로부터 컨베이어 벨트 위에 설치되는 성형부 내에 판상으로 연속 공급하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 공정은, 섬유질 보강용 부재료를 사용하는 경우, 이 부재료를 타면식으로 날려 성형부 내에 쌓이게 함과 동시에 여기에 산화마그네슘 분말 및 물의 혼합물을 분사/분무함으로써 섬유질 부재료 사이에 산화마그네슘 분말 및 물의 혼합물이 침투된 것을 상하 롤러 사이를 경유하여 컨베이어 벨트 위에 마련되는 성형부 내에 연속 공급하는 것인 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 제2 공정의 예비 성형체는 제3 공정으로 이송시키지 않고 그대로 재단하여 양생한 후 저강도 건축 내장재로 출하되는 것인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 양생은 재단된 예비 성형체를 별도의 복수개의 판상의 적층식 형틀판 사이에 1매씩 차례로 삽입하고 그 위에 가압용 뚜껑판을 씌운 다음 자연 건조에 의하거나 또는 가열 양생로 내에서의 양생에 의하여 수행되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 예비 성형체의 상하 표면에 각각 표면층이 압착 성형되는 것인 제조 방법.

- - 공급 호퍼 (10)으로 구성된 원료 배합물 공급부와,- 컨베이어 벨트 (13) 위에 마련되는 성형부 (14) 및 가압 성형 롤러 시스템 (17)로 구성된 예비 성형부와,- 가열기 (20a, 20b) 및 가압 롤러 시스템 (21)로 구성된 터널형 초결로 (19)와,- 가열 수단이 내장되어 있는 복수개의 단 (28) 및 상하 프레스(29a, 29b)를 구비하는 가열ㆍ가압형 다단식 프레스부 (27)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 산화마그네슘 주재의 불연성 건축 내장재의 제조 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 예비 성형부 (14)는 형상이 상부가 개방되어 있는 U자형이고, 측면 가이드 (14a, 14b) 및 그의 초입부 위치에 원료 배합물을 고르기 위한 표면 고르개 (16)을 더 구비하는 것인 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 예비 성형부 (14) 내에 양면층 형성 재료 (F1, F2)의 공급 롤러 (30, 31)을 설치한 것인 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 예비 성형부 (14)에서의 가압 조건은 40~60 ㎏/㎠이고, 초결로 (19) 내에서의 가열ㆍ가압 조건은 90~120℃ 및 50~70 ㎏/㎠이며, 다단식 프레스부 (27) 내에서의 가열ㆍ가압 조건은 100~150℃ 및 100~150 ㎏/㎠인 것인 장치.
