Claims (3)
- 생산라인의 상부에서 직교 배열형 프레임으로 형성된 시스템 천장의 직교 배열형 프레임에 탑재된 각각의 팬 하우징에 필터와 팬을 조합하여 일체화한 팬 필터 유닛과, 이 팬 필터 유닛의 공기 유동능력을 보조하여, 현열부하를 낮추는 클린 룸용 팬 드라이 코일 유닛에 있어서,냉수 입구측 공급헤더와 연통 가능하게 연결된 소경의 제1 냉각관과,상기 제1 냉각관을 둘러싸는 제2 냉각관을 포함하고,상기 제2 냉각관은 냉수 출구측 환수헤더와 연통 가능하게 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 클린 룸용 팬 드라이 코일 유닛.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제2 냉각관은 다수 열로 배치 연결되고,상기 제2 냉각관은 이웃하는 제2 냉각관과 연통 가능하게 그 끝단이 연결곡관에 의해 상호 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 클린 룸용 팬 드라이 코일 유닛.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 냉각관에는, 상기 제1 냉각관을 통해 급송되는 냉수가 스파이럴 형상으로 회전운동을 하도록 선회유동을 발생하는 선회유동 발생기가 외감된 것을 특징으로 하는 클린 룸용 팬 드라이 코일 유닛.
