Claims (3)
- 엔진과, 이 엔진에 의해 구동되는 유압펌프와, 이 유압펌프로부터 토출되는 압유에 의해 작동되는 유압 액츄에이터와,작업모드를 스피드와 파워의 양쪽이 필요하게 되는 제1작업모드와 연비저감이 가능한 제2작업모드로 설정가능한 작업모드 선택수단과,상기 작업모드 선택수단에 의해 설정된 작업모드에 대응하여 상기 엔진의 출력을 제어하는 엔진 제어수단과, 상기 유압펌프의 흡수토크를 제어하는 유압펌프 흡수토크 제어수단을 구비하는 유압구동 제어장치에 있어서,상기 엔진의 출력토크와 상기 유압펌프의 흡수토크를 일치시키는 매칭점을 상기 작업모드에 따라서 미리 정하고,상기 작업모드 선택수단에 의해 상기 작업모드가 제1작업모드로부터 제2작업모드로 바뀌는 때에,상기 엔진 제어수단은, 엔진의 무부하 최고 회전수를 상기 제1모드시와 동일치로 설정하고, 상기 엔진의 출력특성이 상기 제2작업모드에서의 매칭점에 대응하는 엔진회전수를 포함하는 소정의 엔진회전수 영역에서 등마력특성으로 되도록 상기 엔진의 출력을 제어하며,상기 유압펌프 흡수토크 제어수단은, 엔진회전수의 증감에 따라 상기 유압펌프의 흡수토크를 증감시켜서 상기 매칭점에 대응하는 상기 엔진의 출력토크와 상기 유압펌프의 흡수토크를 일치시키도록 상기 유압펌프의 흡수토크를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동 제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 엔진의 출력토크와 엔진회전수의 관계를 기억하는 기억수단과, 상기 엔진의 실제 엔진회전수를 검출하는 엔진회전수 검출수단이 설치되고, 상기 엔진 제어수단은, 상기 기억수단에 기억되어 있는 상기 엔진의 출력토크와 엔진회전수의 관계와, 상기 엔진회전수 검출수단에 의해 검출되는 실제 엔진회전수로부터, 상기 엔진에 출력시켜야 할 토크값을 구하고, 이 구해진 토크값에 기 초해서 상기 엔진의 출력을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압구동 제어장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 기재된 유압구동 제어장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압셔블.
