Claims (17)
- 리튬 이차 전지의 애노드 재료용 첨가제에 있어서, 상기 애노드는 탄소질 물질을 함유하며, 첨가제는 6 이상의 화학식량을 갖는 기를 갖는 플러렌 (fullurene) 유도체이며, 상기 플러렌 유도체는 상기 탄소질 물질의 표면 상에 존재하는 것인, 리튬 이차 전지의 애노드 재료용 첨가제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화학식량은 1000 이하인, 리튬 이차 전지의 애노드 재료용 첨가제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 플러렌 유도체의 6 이상의 화학식량을 갖는 기는, 알칼리 금속 원자, 칼코겐 원자, 할로겐 원자, 지방족 하이드로카본기, 방향족 하이드로카본기, 헤테로사이클릭기, 산소 함유 특정기, 황 함유 특정기 및 질소 함유 특정기로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나인, 리튬 이차 전지의 애노드 재료용 첨가제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 플러렌 유도체는 6 이상의 화학식량을 갖는 기를 1 내지 36 개를 갖는, 리튬 이차 전지의 애노드 재료용 첨가제.
- 플러렌 화합물 및 탄소질 물질을 포함하며,상기 플러렌 화합물은 6 이상의 화학식량을 갖는 기를 갖는 플러렌 유도체이 며,상기 플러렌 화합물은 탄소질 물질의 표면 상에 존재하는, 리튬 이차 전지용 애노드 재료.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 화학식량은 1000 이하인, 리튬 이차 전지용 애노드 재료.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 플러렌 유도체의 6 이상의 화학식량을 갖는 기는 알칼리 금속 원자, 칼코겐 원자, 할로겐 원자, 지방족 하이드로카본기, 방향족 하이드로카본기, 헤테로사이클릭기, 산소 함유 특정기, 황 함유 특정기 및 질소 함유 특정기로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나인, 리튬 이차 전지용 애노드 재료.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 플러렌 유도체는 6 이상의 화학식량을 갖는 기를 1 내지 36 개를 갖는, 리튬 이차 전지용 애노드 재료.
- 플러렌 화합물 및 탄소질 물질을 포함하고,상기 플러렌 화합물이 상기 탄소질 물질의 표면 상에 존재하며,구형 쉘 구조의 플러렌 화합물이 하나 이상의 원자를 통하여 가교결합되는, 리튬 이차 전지용 애노드 재료.
- 플러렌 화합물 및 탄소질 물질을 포함하고,상기 플러렌 화합물이 상기 탄소질 물질의 표면 상에 존재하며,구형 쉘 구조의 플러렌 화합물이 하나 이상의 원자를 통하여 탄소질 물질이 화학결합되는, 리튬 이차 전지용 애노드 재료.
- 플러렌 화합물 및 탄소질 물질을 포함하며,상기 플러렌 화합물은 상기 탄소질 물질의 표면 상에 존재하며,다음의 테스트 방법에 의해 결정되는 리튬 이차 전지용 애노드 재료의 단위 중량 당 플러렌 화합물의 용출량이 2 mg/g 이하이며,상기 테스트 방법은,(1) 0.1 g 의 리튬 이차 전지용 애노드 재료를 2 mL 의 트리메틸벤젠 용매 또는 N-메틸피롤리돈 용매에서 용해하여, 샘플 용액을 준비하는 단계;(2) 상기 샘플 용액을 24 시간 동안 정상 온도 (25±5℃) 및 정상 습도 (50±15%RH) 에서 방치하는 단계;(3) 이와 같이 방치된 상기 샘플 용액의 상청액을 회수하고, 상기 상청액에 함유되는 상기 플러렌 화합물 함량을 측정하는 단계; 및(4) 상기 측정값을 상기 샘플 용액의 총 용출량으로 변환하고, 상기 변환된 값을 0.1 g 으로 나누는 단계를 포함하는, 리튬 이차 전지용 애노드 재료.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,하나 이상의 원자는 산소 원자인, 리튬 이차 전지용 애노드 재료.
- 제 5 항, 제 6 항, 제 9 항, 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 리튬 이차 전지용 애노드 재료를 포함하는, 리튬 이차 전지용 애노드.
- 제 13 항에 기재된 리튬 이차 전지용 애노드를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차 전지.
- 탄소질 물질의 표면 상에 존재하는 플러렌 화합물을 갖는 리튬 이차 전지용 애노드 재료를 제조하기 위한 방법으로서,상기 탄소질 물질의 표면 상에 존재하는 플러렌 화합물을 형성하는 플러렌 화합물 지지 단계; 및하나 이상의 원자를 통하여 구형 쉘 구조의 플러렌 화합물을 가교결합하는 가교결합 단계, 및 하나 이상의 원자를 통하여 상기 탄소질 물질의 표면에 구형 쉘 구조의 플러렌 화합물을 화학결합시키는 화학결합 단계 중 하나 이상의 단계를 포함하는, 리튬 이차 전지용 애노드 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 가교결합 단계 또는 상기 화학결합 단계는 100 ℃ 이상의 열처리에 의해 수행되는, 리튬 이차 전지용 애노드 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항 또는 제 16 항에 있어서,상기 하나 이상의 원자는 산소 원자인, 리튬 이차 전지용 애노드 재료의 제조 방법.
