Claims (6)
- 삭제
- 니오븀 0.8~1.8 중량%; 주석 0.38~0.50 중량%; 산소 0.10~0.15 중량%; 탄소 0.006~0.010 중량%; 실리콘 0.006~0.010 중량%; 황 0.0005~0.0020 중량%; 및 잔부 지르코늄을 함유하는 크립저항성이 우수한 지르코늄 합금 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 외에 철 0.05~0.2 중량%, 구리 0.05~0.2 중량% 및 크롬 0.05~0.2 중량% 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소를 추가적으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 크립저항성이 우수한 지르코늄 합금 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 외에 철 0.05~0.2 중량%, 구리 0.05~0.2 중량% 및 크롬 0.12 중량% 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소를 추가적으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 크립저항성이 우수한 지르코늄 합금 조성물.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 지르코늄 합금 조성물의 재결정도가 40 내지 70% 임을 특징으로 하는 크립저항성이 우수한 지르코늄 합금 조성물.
- 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 크립저항성이 우수한 지르코늄 합금 조성물의 제조는i) 상기 조성을 갖는 각각의 지르코늄 합금 잉곳을 1000~1200℃의 β영역에서 단조(forging)를 수행하여 주괴 조직을 파괴하는 단계;ii) 합금 조성을 균질화하기 위하여 1015~1075℃의 β영역에서 용체화 열처리를 수행한 다음 급냉하는 β-소입(β-quenching)단계;iii) β-소입(β-quenching)된 재료를 590℃에서 압하율 70%로 열간 압연하는 단계;iv) 50% 압하율로 1차 냉간 가공을 수행하고, 570~580℃에서 3시간 동안 진공 열처리를 수행한 뒤, 진공 열처리된 시험편을 3번의 냉간 가공을 수행하며 냉간 가공 사이의 중간 열처리는 570℃에서 2시간 동안 행하는 단계;v) 재결정도를 40~70%로 조절하면서 470~570℃에서 3~8시간 동안 최종 진공열처리를 실시하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 크립저항성이 우수한 지르코늄 합금 조성물의 제조방법.
