Claims (7)
- 기록매체를 회전시키기 위한 회전부재;상기 회전부재를 회전가능하게 지지하기 위한 지지부재; 및상기 지지부재에 고정되게 결합되어 상기 회전부재의 이탈을 방지하기 위한 이탈방지부재를 포함하며,상기 회전부재는 그 내부에 상기 이탈방지부재와의 사이에 형성되는 상측베어링 및 상기 지지부재와의 사이에 형성되는 하측베어링과 이어져 유체를 순환시키기 위한 유체순환로가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체동압베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전부재는 기록매체가 탑재되는 탑재부, 상기 탑재부를 축지지하는 축부 및 상기 축부에 소정 간격을 이루도록 감싸는 베어링부로 이루어지며,상기 유체순환로는 적어도 일부가 상기 축부와 상기 베어링부 사이에 형성되고,상기 상측베어링은 상기 베어링부와 상기 이탈방지부재 사이에 형성되고 상기 하측베어링은 상기 베어링부와 상기 지지부재 사이에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체동압베어링.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 회전부재는 상기 베어링부와 상기 지지부재 사이에 래 디얼베어링이 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체동압베어링.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유체순환로는 상기 상측베어링에 이어지는 제1유체순환로, 상기 하측베어링에 이어지도록 상기 축부에 관통되는 제2유체순환로 및 상기 래디얼베어링에 이어지도록 상기 베어링부에 관통되는 제3유체순환로로 이루어지며, 상기 제1 내지 제3유체순환로는 서로 이어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체동압베어링.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 래디얼베어링은 유체가 상기 상측베어링, 상기 유체순환로, 상기 하측베어링 및 상기 래디얼베어링을 따라 순환되도록 상기 하측베어링으로부터 상기 상측베어링으로 유체를 펌핑하는 것을 것을 특징으로 하는 유체동압베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유체순환로는 유체주입이 용이하도록 상기 상측베어링에 이어지는 부위가 외부로 개방되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체동압베어링.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 이탈방지부재는 상기 회전부재의 구동시 역류되는 유체를 임시 보관하기 위한 유체보관홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체동압베어링.
