Claims (15)
- 무기물 함유 성분의 혼합물 형태의 원료를 기재로 하며, 원료를 초기 전처리 후 건조 브리케트(briquette)로 가압시키고, 경화시키고, 이후 산소 공급 하에 용광로에서 용융시키고, 용융물을 켄칭시키고, 건조시켜 유리를 제조하는 방법으로서,유리가 슬러지로부터 30중량% 초과의 무기 성분을 함유하며,전처리가- 정제소에서 나온 슬러지로부터의 무기물 함유 성분과 하나 또는 여러 개의 다른 무기물 함유 폐생성물, 천연 암석 또는 다른 무기물 함유 폐생성물과 천연 암석 둘 모두의 혼합물을 생성시키는 단계,- 혼합물의 내용물 중 가용성 유기 물질을 열적으로 분해시키는 단계, 및- 혼합물의 물 함량을 20 내지 35중량%로 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 브리케트를 용융되어야 하는 브리케트 양의 최대 10중량%의 양으로 연료의 연소로부터의 추가 에너지 공급 하에서 용융시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 브리케트의 밀도가 1.2 내지 1.3g/cm3임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 브리케트를 75 내지 110℃에서 물의 함량이 15 내지 20중량%가 되도록 경화시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 무기물 함유 성분의 혼합물 형태의 원료를 기재로 하여 생성되며, 무기물 함유 성분이 정제소로부터의 슬러지 및 하나 또는 여러 개의 다른 무기물 함유 폐생성물, 천연 암석 또는 다른 무기물 함유 폐생성물과 천연 암석 둘 모두를 포함하는 부류의 유리로서, 유리가 슬러지로부터 30 중량% 초과의 무기 성분을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 유리.

- 제 6 항에 있어서, 유리 중 무기물 산화물인 산화칼슘 대 오산화이인의 중량%의 비가 하기 부등식에 의해 결정됨을 특징으로 하는 유리:CaO의 중량% ≥1.33 * P2O5의 중량%
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 유리 중 무기물 산화물인 산화칼슘, 오산화이인 및 산화마그네슘의 중량%가 하기 관계식의 값이 0.15 내지 0.5가 되도록 유리 중의 이산화규소의 중량%와 관련됨을 특징으로 하는 유리:{(CaO 중량% -(1.33 * P2O5의 중량%)) + MgO의 중량%} / SiO2의 중량%
- 제 6항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서, 유리 중 무기물 산화물인 삼산화이알루미늄에 대한 삼산화이철의 중량%의 비가 0.56 내지 1.00이며, 유리 중 삼산화이알루미늄에 대한 이산화규소의 중량%의 비가 2.2 내지 3.2임을 특징으로 하는 유리.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리의 비중이 2.7 내지 3.1g/cm3임을 특징으로 하는 유리.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리의 경도가 HV100 ≥ 600임을 특징으로 하는 유리.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 유리가 등급화되며, 등급화된 유리가 샌드 블라스팅(sand blasting)용으로 사용되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 혼합물의 물 함량을 27 내지 33중량%로 조절함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 유리의 비중이 2.8 내지 3.0g/cm3임을 특징으로 하는 유리.
