Abstract

Postupak za proizvodnju stakla koji se temelji na sirovini u obliku smjese uglavnom komponenti koje sadrže minerale i kod kojega je sirovina nakon početne pretprerade stlačena u suhe brikete koji se stvrdnjavaju i nakon toga tale u npr. visokoj peći uz dodavanje kisika, talina se žari i suši a staklo u njoj sadrži više od 30% ukupne težine anorganskih komponenti iz taloga, pri čemu rečeno staklo sadrži više od 30 težinskih % anorganskih komponenata iz taloga, naznačen time što se pretprerada sastoji od sljedećih koraka: - proizvodnja smjese komponenti koje sadrže minerale iz otpadnog taloga s organskim materijalom i od jednog ili više drugih otpadnih produkata koji sadrže minerale i/ili od prirodnog kamenja, - termičko razlaganje sadržaja smjese od topljivih organskih tvari propuštanjem kisika u svrhu samozapaljenja rečene smjese, i- podešavanje sadržaja vode u smjesi na između 20-35% ukupne težine, poželjno između 27-33% ukupne težinepri čemu rečena metoda podrazumjeva da se rečeni briketi tale uz dodavanje energije dobivene sagorijevanjem goriva u količini maksimalno 10 težinskih % ukupne količine briketa koji se trebaju rastaliti.
