Claims (14)
- (A) 1:0.1 내지 1:5 비율의 TiO2와 Fe2O3의 혼합물, 및 선택적으로 층(A)를 기준으로 20중량% 이하의 양의 하나 이상의 금속 산화물로 구성된 고굴절률 피복물,(B) 굴절률(n)이 1.8 이하인 무색 피복물,(C) 굴절률(n)이 1.8 초과인 무색 피복물,(D) 굴절률(n)이 1.8 초과인 흡수성 피복물, 및 선택적으로(E) 외부 보호층을 포함하는 하나 이상의 층 배열을 포함하는 다중피복된 소판형 기재를 기본으로 하는 진하게 착색된 간섭 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,소판형 기재가 천연 또는 합성 운모, 유리 소판, Al2O3 소판, SiO2 소판 또는 TiO2 소판인 것을 특징으로 하는 간섭 안료.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,층(A)가 의사(擬似)브루카이트(pseudobrookite)(Fe2TiO5)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 간섭 안료.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,층(B)가 본질적으로 하나 이상의 금속 산화물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 간섭 안료.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,층(B)가 본질적으로 이산화규소, 산화알루미늄, 불화마그네슘 또는 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 간섭 안료.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,층(A)가 추가적인 금속 산화물로서 Al2O3, Ce2O3, B2O3를 또는 이들의 조합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 간섭 안료.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,(A)+(B)+(C)+(D)의 층 배열을 4개 이하로 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 간섭 안료.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,단지 하나의 (A)+(B)+(C)+(D)의 층 배열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 간섭 안료.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,층(B)와 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 추가의 무색 저굴절률층(B*)을 층(C) 및 (D) 사이에 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 간섭 안료.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,광, 온도 및 기후 안정성을 증가시키기 위해 외부 보호층(E)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 간섭 안료.
- 기재의 피복을 수성 매질 속에서의 금속염의 가수분해성 분해에 의해 습화학적으로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 간섭 안료의 제조방법.
- 페인트, 피복물, 인쇄 잉크, 위조방지 인쇄 잉크, 플라스틱, 세라믹 물질, 유리 및 화장품 배합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 제품에 있어서, 제 1 항에 따른 간섭 안료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 하나 이상의 결합제, 선택적인 하나 이상의 첨가제, 및 제 1 항에 따른 하나 이상의 간섭 안료를 포함하는 안료 제제.
- 제 1 항에 따른 진하게 착색된 간섭 안료를 포함하는, 펠릿, 과립, 칩 및 브리켓 형태의 건조 제제.
