Claims (5)
- 플라스틱 튜브(4)(4a)내에 관상 수지흡수재(2)를 삽입하는 동시에, 플라스틱 튜브(4)(4a)의 표면에 복수의 진공홀(4b)을 설치하고, 관상수지흡수재(2)내에 가압용튜브(3)를 공기압의 작용으로 반전시켜서 삽입하며,가압용 튜브(3)에 유체압을 작용시켜서 관상수지흡수재(2) 및 플라스틱튜브(4)(4a)를 함께 눌러 넓히고,관상수지흡수재(2) 내부의 공기를 플라스틱 튜브(4)(4a)에 설치한 복수의 진공홀(4b)로부터 진공펌프(5)로 빼내고, 인접한 다른 진공홀(4b)에 진공계(5b)를 설치하며,플라스틱튜브(4)(4a)와 관상수지흡수재(2)를 밀착시킨 상태에서 플라스틱 튜브(4)(4a)에 열을 가하여 관상수지흡수재(2)의 외표면에 플라스틱튜브(4)(4a)를 용착시키며,가압용튜브엔드(3a)에 부착된 되돌림용 로프(7a)를 반전방향과 역방향으로 끌어당겨서 가압용튜브(3)를 역반전시킴과 동시에, 가압용튜브내부(3g)의 압력공기를 외부로 배기시켜서 가압용튜브내부(3g)에는 고정된 공기압을 작용시킨 상태에서 관상수지흡수재(2)의 내부로부터 가압용튜브(3)를 빼내는 작업을 반복하여 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관라이닝재의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 플라스틱튜브(4)(4a)내에 로프(7a)부착 에어볼(7)을 삽입하여 플라스틱 튜브의 단부(4c)를 폐지하여 공간(S)에 가압에어를 공급하고,에어볼(7)을 플라스틱튜브(4)(4a)의 일단에서 타단으로 이동시켜서 플라스틱튜브내에 로프(7a)를 통선하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관라이닝재의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 가압용튜브(3)의 외면에 염화비닐 필름, 폴리우레탄 필름, 폴리프로필렌 필름중 어느 하나의 소재로 된 플라스틱필름(3c)을 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 관라이닝제의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 플라스틱필름(3c)의 내면에 관상의 부직포, 관상의 직포, 또는 관상의 부직포 및 직포의 혼합체의 어느 하나의 소재로 이루어지는 관상섬유질체(3d)를 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 관라이닝재의 제조방법.
