Claims (2)
- 주반복 단위가 에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 구성되는 폴리에스테르 수지를 이용하여 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지를 용융압출하여 무정형 시트를 얻는 단계;상기 무정형 시트를 적어도 일축배향하여 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름을 얻는 단계; 및상기 필름의 적어도 일면에 수분산 폴리우레탄계 수지를 고형분 함량 12∼20wt% 되도록 도포한 다음 기계방향과 수직방향으로 연신하여 이축연신 폴리에스테르 필름을 얻는 단계를 포함하는 접착성이 우수한 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수분산 폴리우레탄 수지는 디카르본산으로 테레프탈산, 이소프탈산 또는 나프탈렌 디카르본산이 포함된 폴리에스테르 폴리올, 프로필렌옥사이드에 에틸렌옥사이드의 블록 공중합물이나 알킬렌 옥사이드와 활성 수소 화합물로 중합된 폴리에테르 폴리올로부터 선택된 폴리올과 폴리이소시아네이트를 중합하여 얻어진 우레탄 결합을 분자주쇄에 갖고 있으며 분자말단에는 친수성기를 갖는 것을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 접착성이 우수한 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법.
