Abstract
Description
이면속건층(2)은 공정수분율이 0.1% 미만인 폴리에틸렌 섬유와 같은 폴리올레핀섬유나 나일론 또는 폴리에스테르 방사시 플로린(Fluorine) 성분을 2∼20 중량 % 혼합하여 방사하는 방법으로 제조된 소수성원사로 구성된다. 플로린 성분이 2% 미만이면 소수성 기능이 저하되고 20%를 초과하면 제사성이 저하되며 제조원가가 상승한다.
하기 표 1은 흡수성과 건조성을 평가한 것이고, 표 2는 운동 중 발한량과 운동 후 30분 경과시의 체온상태를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 상전이물질이 도트상으로 이면속건층 또는 표면흡수층에 바인더에 의해 부착된 온도조절층과;공정수분율 0.1%미만인 소수성 원사로 구성되되 흡수기능을 향상시키기 위해 요철형 배수구가 형성된 이면속건층과;이형단면사 단독 또는 이형단면사와 공정수분율 8% 이상인 천연섬유가 교대로 배열되는 표면흡수층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수구를 갖는 3층 구조의 온도조절형 초속건 원단.
- 제1항에 있어서,소수성 원사는 폴리올레핀계 섬유이거나 플로린 성분을 2∼20 중량% 함유하여 방사된 나일론 또는 폴리에스테르 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 배수구를 갖는 3층 구조의 온도조절형 초속건 원단.
- 제 1 항에 있어서배수구의 직경이 1~10mm 또는 배수구의 면적이 이면속건층 면적의 3~90%인 것을 특징으로 하는 배수구를 갖는 3층구조의 온도조절형 초속건 원단.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서상전이물질의 함량이 원단 중량 5~50%인 것을 특징으로 하는 배수구를 갖는 3층구조의 온도조절형 초속건 원단.
