와이퍼 암과 와이퍼 블레이드 연결용 연결 부품 {Connecting piece for connecting a wiper blade to a wiper arm}
본 발명은 독립 청구항 제 1 항의 전제부에 따른, 와이퍼 블레이드와 와이퍼 암을 연결하기 위한 연결 부품에 관한 것이다.
와이퍼 암을 와이퍼 블레이드와 연결하기 위한 연결편은 예를 들어 EP 0 863 058 A2에 이미 알려져 있으며; 그러나, 상기 간행물에 제시된 연결편은 다수의 부품으로 구성되어서, 상이한 와이퍼 암을 위해서는 부분적으로 모듈 디자인 시스템에 따라 각각 상이한 어댑터 부품이 사용된다.
이에 반해, 독립 청구항의 특징을 가지는 본 발명에 따른 연결 부품은 표준형태의 다수의 와이퍼 암 단부를 수용하여, 그러므로 서로 다른 크기의 다수의 와이퍼 암과 함께 사용될 수 있는 장점을 가진다. 더욱이, 상기 연결 부품은 예를 들어 사출 성형 방법으로 일체형으로 제조될 수 있으며, 그 결과, 우선 각각의 와이퍼 암 단부에 어떤 어댑터 부품이 맞는지가 결정하는 것이 필요없기 때문에, 조립(설치) 시에 상당한 장점이 따른다. 이러한 것은 대체로 설치가 자동차 운전자 스스로에 의해, 즉 보통 사람 및 비전문가에 의해 행해지기 때문에 특히 중요하다.

포크형 구성을 가지는 고정 어댑터 부품은 일부 와이퍼 암을 위한 표준으로서 강성의 손실없이 스트립형 와이퍼 암 단부와 연결 부품을 또한 연결할 수 있다.

가요성 영역이 가요성을 제한하기 위한 스토퍼를 가지는 것으로 인하여, 부가적으로 높은 파괴 강도가 보장될 수 있다.
와이퍼 암의 제조자에 의해 사용된 고정 방법을 사용할 필요가 없기 때문에, 와이퍼 암을 고정하기 위한 클램프형 돌출부를 통해, 다수의 상이한 와이퍼 암은 와이퍼 블레이드에 확실히 체결될 수 있다.

도 1에서, 와이퍼 암(11) 및 와이퍼 블레이드(12)를 가지는 연결 부품(10)이 도시된다. 설치 위치에서, 상기 와이퍼 블레이드는 윈드실드(13) 상에 놓인다. 와이퍼 암(11)은 2개의 단부를 가지며, 그 하부 단부는 와이퍼 모터(14)와 연결된다. 그 상부 단부는 일반적으로 훅형 와이퍼 암 단부(11a), 핀형 와이퍼 암 단부(11b), 또는 스트립형 와이퍼 암 단부(11c)를 갖는다.

상기 연결 부품(10)의 몸체는 본질적으로 2 개의 측벽(30)을 가지며, 상기 측벽은 3개의 횡방향 연결부(27a, 27b, 27c)에 의해 고정되고, 와이퍼 블레이드(12)를 지지하고 수용한다(도 8 참고).
와이퍼 암(11)의 반대편에 놓인 연결 부품의 전방측에서, 측벽(30)은 횡방향 연결부(27a, 27b, 27c)를 지나서 연장하여 융기부(33)에 의해서 종료한다. 이러한 것은 훅형 와이퍼 암 단부(11a)를 고정하도록 사용되는 클램프형 돌출부(31)가 따른다.
상부 면(27a)은 몸체의 전방 영역에서 아래쪽으로 구부러져 반경(36)을 형성한다.
설치 상태에서 윈드실드와 마주하는 연결 부품의 하부측에서, 연결부품은 횡방향 홈(37)을 가지며, 상기 홈은 상부쪽으로 좁아지고, 와이퍼 블레이드(12)의 연결 요소(18)를 수용하는 원통형 개구(38)에 의해 종료된다.
상기 와이퍼 암을 향한 후방 영역에서, 연결 부품(10)은 윈드실드(13)를 향한 측면에 측벽(30)에 있는 슬롯(40)을 가져서, 하부면(27b)은 오직 얇은 웨브(39)에 의해서만 지지되며, 그러므로 가요성 플래토를 형성한다.
상기 슬롯(40)의 방향, 그러므로 웨브(39)의 방향은 통상 연결 부품(10)이 와이퍼 암(11)으로부터 제거될 때 하부면(27c)에 대한 와이퍼 암(11a)의 접착이 와이퍼 암(11a)에서의 하부면(27c)의 접촉 압력의 증가를 달성하도록 선택된다.
이러한 것은 연결 부품(10)이 와이퍼 암(11a)으로부터 후퇴될 때, 하부면(27c)이 와이퍼 암(11a)에 대한 그 접착을 통해 전방으로 약간 움직이는 것으로 달성된다. 와이퍼 암에 대한 상기 웨브(39)의 각도, 그러므로 상부면(27a)과 하부면(27c) 사이의 거리가 약간 증가되어, 와이퍼 암(11a)의 구부러진 단부에 대한 표면(27c)의 접촉 압력을 증가시킨다.

연결 부품(10)과 상기 어댑터(55)의 연결에 있어서, 짧은 종방향 버팀대(59)는 중앙면(27b)과 하부면(27c) 사이의 영역으로 삽입된다. 고정 텅(65)을 가지는 어댑터(55)의 긴 종방향 버팀대(58)는 연결 부품(10)의 상부면(27a) 상에서 전방을 향해 미끄러진다. 스냅 고정된 상태에서, 톱니(68)는 개구(52)와 맞물린다.
또한, 짧은 종방향 버팀대(59)의 하부면에 고정 볼트를 부착하는 것도 가능하며; 스냅 고정된 상태에서, 상기 볼트는 가요성 플래토, 즉 표면(27c)에 위치된 홀에 스냅 고정될 수 있다.

Claims (9)

    상기 와이퍼 블레이드를 수용하고 지지하기 위한 수단;
    훅형 와이퍼 암 단부를 수용하기 위한 수단;
    핀형 와이퍼 암 단부를 수용하기 위한 수단; 및
    다른 형태의 와이퍼 암 단부를 수용하기 위한 하나 이상의 추가적인 수단을 포함하며;
    상기 다른 형태의 와이퍼 암 단부는 포크형으로 형성되는, 와이퍼 블레이드를 와이퍼 암과 연결하기 위한 연결 부품.
