Claims (4)
- (a) 전송 신호용 입력 터미널(4)을 갖는 증폭기(1)와, 상기 증폭기(1)에 연결되는 입력 터미널을 갖는 출력 스테이지(3) 및 제1저항기(7,8)를 경유하여 상기 전송 매체(11)에 연결되는 출력 터미널(5,6)과, 상기 출력 스테이지(3)의 출력 터미널(5,6)과 그 입력 터미널이 연결되는 동시에 상기 증폭기(1)의 입력 터미널(4)과 그 출력 터미널이 연결되는 네가티브 피드백 회로(2)로 구성되는 송신기;(b) 상기 제1저항기(7,8)를 통하여 상기 출력 스테이지(3)의 출력 터미널(5,6)과 연결되는 제1입력 터미널(12,13), 및 수신신호를 출력하는 출력 터미널(10)로 구성되는 수신기(9');를 포함하는 부하로 대표되는 송신라인인 전송 매체(11)와 쌍방향 통신 가능한 송수신기에 있어서,(c) 상기 증폭기(1)의 출력단과 연결되는 입력 터미널 및 상기 수신기(9)의 제2입력 터미널(20,21)간을 가로질러 연결된 부하(19)와 제2저항기(17,18)를 경유하여 연결되는 출력 터미널(15,16)을 갖는 커런트 미러(14)를 더 포함하여 구성되고,(d) 상기 수신기(9')는 상기 전송 매체(11)로부터 수신된 수신신호를 추출할 수 있도록 그리고 상기 제1입력 터미널(12,13)간의 전압으로부터 상기 제2입력 터미널(20,21)간의 전압을 차감하여 전송 신호를 억제할 수 있도록 채택된 것을 특징으로 하는 쌍방향 통신용 송수신기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 부하(19)와 전송매체(11)는 임피던스 매칭되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쌍방향 통신용 송수신기.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 커런트 미러(14)의 출력 터미널(15,16)과 연결되는 제2저항기(17,18) 및 상기 증폭기 출력 스테이지(3)의 출력 터미널(5,6)과 연결되는 제1저항기(7,8)는 저항이 서로 매칭되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쌍방향 송수신기.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 부하(19)의 임피던스는 전송 매체(11)의 임피던스에 k배 이고,상기 커런트 미러(14)의 출력 터미널(15,16)과 연결되는 상기 제2저항기(17,18)의 저항이 상기 증폭기 출력 스테이지(3)의 출력 터미널(5,6)과 연결되는 제1저항기(7,8)의 저항에 k배 이며,상기 커런트 미러(14)에서의 전류는 상기 증폭기 출력 스테이지(3)에서의 전류보다 1/k배가 되도록 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 쌍방향 송수신기.
