Abstract
在利用传输介质(11)进行双向通信的发射机/接收机中,所述发射机包括:放大器(1),具有用于要发射的信号的输入接线端(4);输出级(3),具有通过电阻器(7、8)与传输介质(11)相连的输出接线端(5、6);以及负反馈电路(2),其输入接线端与输出级(3)的输出接线端(5、6)相连,而其输出接线端与放大器(1)的输入接线端相连。所述接收机以第一输入接线端(12、13)与输出级(3)的输出接线端(5、6)相连。电流反射镜(14)以其输入接线端与放大器输出级(3)的输入接线端相连,而其输出接线端(15、16)通过电阻器(17、18)跨接在负载(19)两端。负载(19)跨接在所述接收机(9’)的第二输入接线端(20、21)上。所述接收机(9’)适合于通过从所述第一输入接线端(12、13)之间的电压中减去所述第二输入接线端(20、21)之间的电压,而提取出从传输介质(11)接收到的信号。
Description
技术领域
本发明大体上涉及利用传输介质进行双向通信的发射机/接收机,更具体地涉及一种在这种发射机/接收机中用于提取出接收到的信号的结构。
背景技术
在图1中示出了用于这种通信的一种已知的发射机/接收机。
以众所周知的方式,发射机包括:放大器1,具有用于要发射的信号的输入接线端4;输出级3,具有通过端接电阻器7、8与如传输线等以负载11表示的传输介质相连的输出接线端5、6;以及负反馈电路2,其输入接线端与输出级3的输出接线端5、6相连,而其输出接线端与放大器1的输入接线端4相连,其中由反馈电路2的输出信号设定发射增益。
接收机9以输入接线端12、13跨接在负载11两端,并设置有用于输出接收到的信号的输出10。
在图1所示的发射机/接收机中,当端接电阻器7、8具有与负载11相同的合成电阻时,通过测量越过端接电阻器7、8的信号,提取出发射信号的一半和接收信号的一半。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提取出接收信号,而抑制发射信号。
按照本发明,通过将流入到发射机放大器中的接收电流转换为电压,并从传输线电压中减去此电压,以提取出接收电压,而抑制发射信号,来实现此目的。

下面将参照附图,对本发明进行详细的描述,其中:如上所述,图1示出了利用传输介质进行双向通信的已知发射机/接收机,而图2示出了依照本发明用于这种双向通信的发射机/接收机。
具体实施方式
在图2中,以相同的参考符号表示了与图1所示的元件相同的元件。
依照本发明,电流反射镜14以其输入接线端与放大器输出级3的输入接线端相连,而其输出接线端15、16通过电阻器17、18跨接在负载19两端。负载19的阻抗与传输介质或负载11的阻抗匹配,使得负载19的阻抗是负载11的阻抗的k倍。以相同的方式,电阻器17和18的电阻分别匹配为电阻器7和8的电阻的k倍。同样,将电流反射镜14中的电流设置为放大器输出级3中的电流的l/k倍。因子k用于减少在电阻器17、18和负载19中所消耗的电能。
负载19连接在接收机9’的输入接线端20、21之间。
依照本发明,接收机9’适合于通过从输入接线端12、13之间的电压中减去输入接线端20、21之间的电压而提取出从传输介质11接收到的信号。
发射信号在负载11和负载19上同相地出现,而接收信号在负载11上同相出现,在负载19上反向出现。
与图1相比较,这样导致,在图2所示的接收机9’的输出10上,接收信号加倍,而抑制了自身的发射信号、噪声和失真。
本发明特别适用在使用了有源终端负载的应用中,以及用在完全差分线路驱动器结构中。
Claims (4)
1、一种利用传输介质(11)进行双向通信的发射机/接收机,所述发射机包括:放大器(1),具有用于要发射的信号的输入接线端(4);输出级(3),具有通过电阻器(7、8)与传输介质(11)相连的输出接线端(5、6);以及负反馈电路(2),其输入接线端与输出级(3)的输出接线端(5、6)相连,而其输出接线端与放大器(1)的输入接线端相连,所述接收机以第一输入接线端(12、13)与输出级(3)的输出接线端(5、6)相连,其特征在于电流反射镜(14)以其输入接线端与放大器输出级(3)的输入接线端相连,而其输出接线端(15、16)通过电阻器(17、18)跨接在负载(19)两端,所述负载(19)跨接在所述接收机(9’)的第二输入接线端(20、21)上,所述接收机(9’)适合于通过从所述第一输入接线端(12、13)之间的电压中减去所述第二输入接线端(20、21)之间的电压,而提取出从传输介质(11)接收到的信号。
2、按照权利要求1所述的发射机/接收机,其特征在于所述负载(19)和所述传输介质(11)是阻抗匹配的。
3、按照权利要求1或2所述的发射机/接收机,其特征在于与所述电流反射镜(14)的所述输出接线端(15、16)相连的所述电阻器(17、18)和与所述放大器输出级(3)的所述输出接线端(5、6)相连的所述电阻器(7、8)是电阻匹配的。
4、按照权利要求1到3之一所述的发射机/接收机,其特征在于所述负载(19)的阻抗是传输介质(11)的阻抗的k倍,与所述电流反射镜(14)的所述输出接线端(15、16)相连的所述电阻器(17、18)的电阻是与所述放大器输出级(3)的所述输出接线端(5、6)相连的所述电阻器(7、8)的电阻的k倍,以及将所述电流反射镜(14)中的电流设置为所述放大器输出级(3)中的电流的l/k倍。
