Claims (4)
- 송신기는 송신신호용 입력 터미널(4)을 갖는 증폭기(1)와, 전송매체를 통해 터미네이션 저항기(7,8)를 경유하여 통합된 출력 터미널(5,6)을 갖는 출력 스테이지(3)와, 상기 출력 스테이지(3)의 출력 터미널(5,6)을 통해 그것의 입력 터미널과 연결된 동시에, 피드백 회로(2)의 출력 신호가 전송이득을 조절하는 증폭기(1)의 입력 터미널(4)을 통해 그것의 출력 터미널과 연결된 네가티브 피드백 회로(negative feedback circuit)(2)로 구성되고, 수신기는 출력 스테이지(3)의 출력 터미널(5,6)을 통해 제1출력 터미널(12,13)에 연결되는 쌍방향 통신용 송수신기에 있어서,커런트 미러(current mirror)(14)는 증폭기 출력 스테이지(3)의 입력 터미널을 통해 그것의 입력 터미널과 연결되고, 제1입력 터미널(12,13) 사이의 전압과 제2입력 터미널(20,21) 사이의 전압차에 의해 전송매체(11)로부터 수신된 신호를 추출하도록 적용된 수신기(9')의 제2입력 터미널(20,21)을 가로질러 연결된 부하(19)의 맞은편에 있는 저항기(17,18)를 통해 출력 터미널(15,16)에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 쌍방향 통신용 송수신기.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 부하(19)와 전송매체(11)는 그 임피던스가 일치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쌍방향 통신용 송수신기.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 저항기(17,18)는 커런트 미러(14)의 출력 터미널(15,16)에 연결되고, 상기 저항기(7,8)는 그 저항값이 일치되는 증폭기 출력 스테이지(3)의 출력 터미널(5,6)에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 쌍방향 통신용 송수신기.
- 청구항 1 내지 3 중, 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부하(19)의 임피던스는 전송매체(11)의 임피던스에 k배이고, 상기 커런트 미러(14)의 출력 터미널(15,16)에 연결되어 있는 상기 저항기(17,18)의 저항값은 증폭기 출력 스테이지(3)의 출력 터미널(5,6)에 연결된 저항기(7,8)의 저항값에 k배이며, 커런트 미러(14)에서의 전류는 증폭기 출력 스테이지(3)에서의 전류에 1/k배로 설정된 것을 특징으로 하는 쌍방향 통신용 송수신기.
